It’s been wonderful working with Zandra and her team. This is our second time having her around for an event. She was part of our wedding and now our dad’s retirement party. We reached out to Zandra and Unlimited Helping Hands for a backyard wedding in Sacramento and they exceeded all our expectations. Zandra was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and had an incredible attention to detail, helping us with everything from big-picture items like which rental companies to coordinate with to the most minute details, like how to check whether we had the right kind and type of trash bag.

On the day of the event, the Helping Hands crew were exceedingly professional and helped keep the event running smoothly, whether that was serving up scoops of ice cream, passing out appetizers, keeping the wine and beer stocked, setting out desserts, or packing up for the evening. They even kept tabs on what drinks and appetizers we liked and brought them to us unprompted! That was a really nice touch.

If we ever run a big event in the future, we'll be sure to give Zandra a call. She and her team are exceptional!
