Monica is a true gem and such a beautiful such a beautiful soul to work with. I discovered Up Balloons few days before my sisters birthday and as soon as I contacted them in regards to a balloon arrangement Monica delivered exceptionally! From the start with her customer service and attention to detail already won my heart. She delivered exactly what envisioned for my sisters special birthday and also went the extra mile to not only deliver, but also pick up flowers from my house to deliver together with the beautiful arrangement she made for my sister.
