Jenna from Up North Events was truly the perfect sidekick! The week of my wedding, she toured our venue and texted me pictures, saying how gorgeous the space was and how excited she was to help us decorate for our big day! She truly felt more like a best friend than a vendor. She was extremely professional and an excellent communicator! She was very detail-oriented, managed her time well, and handled everything to a T. Jenna took all of my decorating stress away; she saw our vision and implemented it perfectly-- I trusted her 100%! I do not know what I would have done without Jenna on our team! Every single aspect of working with her was perfect, I cannot possibly recommend her more for your event!

After working alongside Jenna and her team professionally for several a years, I knew my own wedding day wouldn’t be just wouldn’t be as perfect without the help of her team!

We used Up North Events for their decorating services, and leading up to our wedding - Jenna went above and beyond with excellent communication. She asked us detailed questions, arranged several phone meetings with me, shared ideas while taking our inspirations and ideas into consideration every step of the way. She also sent us a very detailed questionnaire - and from there I truly knew we were working with the best!

On wedding day (and the day before), we worked with Shelby and her team who executed our set-up, decorating, and relocating of seating efficiently and flawlessly!

Not only are these women great at what they do, they’re incredibly kind and help you feel at ease on days that can otherwise feel very stressful. I can’t thank them enough, and would recommend Up North Events to anyone looking for help making their wedding vision come to life!

I can't say enough good things about Jenna! She is so well organized and on top of every detail - even the ones that hadn't even remotely crossed our minds. She is also a very calming presence which is good energy to have when it comes to a wedding! Her and her team went above and beyond to step in and resolve issues on the wedding day itself. My now husband and I both felt like we had nothing to worry about and be fully present to attend and enjoy our wedding! Best money we spent by far.

Jenna made our wedding day a dream! As a type-A person, I never would I have imagined my big day to be relaxed, but it was just that. She set everything up for us, and ensured everything went smoothly. We had a few hiccups with the wind and other things (as any wedding does), and she handled it all! My dad was even impressed, and raved about her the days after our wedding.
You will not regret choosing to work with Jenna. She is experienced, kind and professional. She even gifted us with a bottle of wine and a polaroid photo of us the day after. The little things she did made us feel so special and that she genuinely cared about us.
