Loved the walking tour with Sandra. She knows the history behind every place we visited and took us also to places you would normally not visit of unless tipped off by Sandra. Plus she knows the best pizza joint in Little Italy. I highly recommend this tour whether you been Downtown before or not.

Urban Crawls is a fantastic day out! Our tour guide, Sandy, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly and easy going. She really knows her stuff and is happy and eager to show you around and share her knowledge. She’s exceptionally intelligent and so easy to talk to. The tours feel like you’re being shown around by a good friend. Urban Crawl tours are educational and entertaining! It was one of the best personalised tour I have ever taken so far.
Sandra was brilliant through out the tour and she was very prompt in pinging me a week in advance and making sure the starting point and time and schedule are aligned and she was flexible too
She was also very kind in accommodating some of the attractions that were not part of the tour.
Her sound knowledge of history of NYC was very helpful in explaining every landmark we visited
She was patient enough to take lots of pics and she knows the perfect spots for nice pics and at the same time stay away from the crowd
She also took us to some iconic eateries (pizza place and cheese cake shop)
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this NYC tour and I can proudly say I know about NYC and its history more than my friends who are staying for years 🙂
I would highly recommend anyone who wants to visit NYC to take Sandra’s tour

Sandy is an amazing tour guide. Even though I am a native New Yorker, I did this tour with a visiting friend. Sandy has clearly done a ton of research on the history of NYC and she tells the story in a very relat able and compelling way. Her route was excellent and she even added a couple of landmarks we requested. We had the best pizza slice in NYC along the way as an unexpected bonus! Highly recommend a tour with Sandy for visitors as well as locals! Two thumbs up!

Best guide ever! I, she treats her guests fairly, friendly, and perfectly. She is organized, and very punctual. The tour program was scheduled well, was on time. We didn't miss anything during the tour program.

Thank you very much for this experience in New York. We have been to New York a few times before, so we didn't want to have a standard tour in this unique city. Sandy took us to great places with interesting insights and she is flexible to wishes and preferences. We always felt warmly welcomed and like we were hanging out with friends. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable, funny and very easy going.
Although we only had the tour on one day, she gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, bars and other great places for the rest of the time.
We would recommend this tour to everyone and do it again anytime.

Sandy was just amazing today on our Secrets of New York tour. We had the best time! She was just so knowledgeable and friendly, as well as being accommodating to our wanting to stay places longer or shorter.
