Horrible experience. I spoke a lady on the phone about getting my documents authenticated by the Chinese Embassy and she said it wouldn't be a problem. I take them to the office and she spent more time on the phone than she did speaking to me. She then told me that my documents all had to be in Chinese. I ended up using a different company that charged me half the price of Gateway and I got my documents back in a week. The employees don't know what they're talking about because my documents needed to be in English and they are rude. I'm glad I didn't give them $450 because they're not worth it.
