I was looking to do a family vacation in Hawaii and I reached out to Shea. I never have used a travel agent before so I was a little uneasy. However right away Shea asked for the type of experience we wanted to have and put together a package for us that saved us $500 in total! On top of all that because of our savings we were able to go on a Mantaray night snorkel (highly recommend) and we were able to go parasailing right in the Kona bay!! Shea helped book all of it and I am completely happy with her service, she booked but also checked in with us before and after our trip. It really felt like she cared about our family and did her part to make sure it was a trip to remember.
