We stayed here the night before our cruise on the Norwegian Joy. Michael checked us in and he was wonderful! We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was not working. So he physically carried all our bags up for us, which were very heavy! He was so great and even gave us a 12 o’clock check out. The room was very clean and we loved the big counters in the bathroom and the hot shower! We really appreciated the comfortable bed and the working refrigerator, microwave and TV. The only thing that was lacking was maybe a few hangers so you could hang some clothes up? If you are an average working American, looking for a good price on a hotel room, especially a night or two before your cruise, this place maybe what you were looking for. We did ask for a quiet room in the back as it is on a very busy street. We slept well and were refreshed for our cruise the next morning. We enjoyed the coffee and morning breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay here again. It’s not the Hilton, but it’s not Hilton prices either. Thank you Vagabon Inn. Your staff is great and we had a good time and your housekeeping is wonderful! So pleased that an older hotel like this could be so clean. Also, thanks again, Michael. We really appreciated you!

Employee at desk was so friendly and help me get a room on first floor since I couldn't climb stairs. Rooms were clean and transported us the cruise port. Bonus you can park your car there if you stay the night before. Great price and great location . A must stay!!!!

This motel needs some work! General cleanliness, especially common areas was lacking, our unit’s bathtub was pealing paint, it looked disgusting. We reserved here because it was close to the cruise ship facility and they offered a free shuttle. Their advertised breakfast is very minimal, McDonald’s is next door, thank goodness. Their cruise shuttle was great, on time friendly, helped with bags. I would recommend staying in Long Beach, only a quick 10 minute Uber to the cruise ship facility and much nicer lodgings

We stayed for a night before our cruise. The hotel is decent, aging but quaint, clean and all the amenities are close by. The pool was fantastic. Service was perfect. Definitely would stay here again!

Only stayed one night as choose it for their offering for free shuttle to the cruise port. Rooms were clean but our only problem was the room faced the busy street and was very noisy and hard to sleep. Would certainly stay there again but maybe ask for a room in the back!

My husband and I were very happy with our choice to stay here before our cruise. The free shuttle to the port sealed the deal. Although the elevator was broken, the manager was so helpful in helping us get our luggage up the stairs. Also, we had forgotten to print out our luggage tags for our cruise and they printed them out for us. Very reasonably priced and everything we needed!

We had yet another fantabulous stay at the vagabond San Pedro. The front desk guy (02-14-2025) when we checked in was awesome. He took care of an issue with our reservation and got us in our room in under 10 minutes. I can't remember what his name was tho!! The Room was clean and smelled fresh. Check out with the same awesome guy was flawless. He Took our key card and then he advised us that our deposit would return to my card in 3-7 business days and we bounced. I always recommend this hotel in San Pedro CA.

The check-in was very efficient. The room was cool, and the attendant came up quickly and adjusted the heat/cool unit, and then the temperature was comfortable. The room was of a good size. The bathroom was of a good size, and the lighting was good. The continental breakfast was adequate.
The hotel is close to restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again.
