Just got scammed, purchased a part yesterday and paid CASH, made sure before leaving to ask and before paying if I return the part I would get my money back in a cash form and they assured me that the same way you paid you will get your money back, just went back to them to return the part, and here the hassle started along with conversations and phone calls along with moving around the place for almost 30 minutes and then , they started to talk about the return policy and they will write a check and MAIL it,, are you for real guys fooling customers that way, at the end I was forced to leave the part there and then wait for the manager to come and decide how they gonna cut a check and mail it to me,, you should be more transparent with customers before taking their money and educate the desk employees about this kind of weird policy otherwise don't accept cash from customers

Very helpful parts department. Great staff and very good prices.
I especially like their free delivery service, I orde over the phone, and they deliver at my mechanic's location.

Terrible experience with afterhours parts/service... went in for couple quick connect fittings and was told I need the exact fitting from the truck even though I provided vid.

Service guy told me there's around 7 different size so I offered to buy 1 of each just to be safe. He refused to sell me because I didn't have the correct 1 from my truck.

I repeatedly asked to buy all 7 fittings and was turned down because he was too lazy to go to the back and pick them up.

Really great guys.. no BS had no procrastinanation.... I had a air bag let go under my bunk... I got there at 0745 on a sat.. they got me in at 0800 and I was leaving out the gate at 0835....
