Ken responded to our call immediately Sunday evening after our A/C went out. He was there first thing Monday morning, even went out of his way to pick up a special part that was needed. Prompt service and honest pricing will have us returning for not only other HVAC issues, but general servicing as well.

We called in December to schedule an appointment bc our humidifier was not working. 2 weeks later, they had not returned our call. We called again, and they came out w/i a few days. They spent less than 10 min, said our solenoid needed to be replaced, and they would call us to get this scheduled.

One MONTH later, we had heard nothing. We called, and again then they came out w/i a few days. On 2/10, they spent about 30 min, then left, saying they had the wrong part. When they returned, they spent less than 20 min installing the solenoid.

We received a bill charging for 1.75 hours of labor and $200 for the part, which is listed for $65-75 online. We were told verbally that the cost would be $150 but then received a bill for $395. We contacted Neil Vans who replied "I'm not going to change the bill."

This is a 2nd rate company. My apartment complex is attempting to use Vans for HVAC repairs.

It was a poor choice because Vans is doing the 3 nots. They are not onsite. They are not fixing anything. They are not worth the money.
