Extremely unsafe and drugs are widely used onsite. 480v wires laying in oil and it's allowed. Sad to see places like this. I left due to lack of safety. Oil leaking everywhere/ no PPE for highlifts ex.harness, no flasharc protection provided. 5 people were hit by forklifts in the past 2 years. I personally witnessed a maintenance supervisor harassing someone about their medical condition and yelled at them for adjusting their insulin pump because he thought it was a phone.

This place has improved quite a bit since I first started 3 years ago. Pay and benefits aren't great, BUT for the location, they're pretty decent. The opportunity to advance isn't good however. You have to sign a paper with your employee number, along with anyone else that signs it, and if your employee number isn't high enough, sorry, you're not going anywhere. I think that's something that just needs improved on. I think employees should be approached on advancing based on how well they're doing their job. Say a lazy person is there for 4 years, I'm there for 3. If we both sign that paper, the lazy employee gets to advance before me, just because they've been there longer. I do not think that's how it should go at all. If you ask me, like I said, you should be approached about advancing based on performance. If the person says, "No, I like where I'm at." just say, "Okay, on to the next best!" Other than that, breaks seem fair. They do their best it seems to keep their employees out of harms way.

Like I said earlier, I've been here for 3 years now, and they've improved on quite a bit, but they could do even better, and I'm sure they will at some point. Employee satisfaction is just as important as customer satisfaction. We're the ones that send the products to satisfy the customers!

People inside are rude and it also says no drivers allowed on the door but go on in or else you’ll be there all day. If you look up it’ll say receivers office, walk up the stairs n knock. Other than that they unloaded me within 15 minutes.

From the manager to the dock workers, everyone is friendly and efficient. This is by far my favorite place to deliver.
