Ventrone Ventures did a fantastic job finding us the perfect cruise for us to celebrate our 40th anniversary! We had been wanting to visit some towns in the New England area where we have never visited before. Caren was on it pronto and sent us several options by the next day! All options were great and included optional package deals in them. Once we decided on Holland America out of Boston, she was on the phone with us to explain all of the various options, locations and costs - and got us booked!! She then followed up with sending more info and video of the ship and excursion information getting us more excited. Half of the excitement of a vacation is the anticipation and looking at all the places you're going to see - and Caren was very helpful with all of that info and in following up with any questions we had. Caren is a very professional and knowledgeable travel agent, fun to work with and a "delight" to know! Thank you again so much, Caren! Caren was awesome to work with !
She planned every step of our 2 weeks to Hawaii including flights, hotel, tours and a full week aboard the American Pride Norwegian Cruise line around the islands including excursions on different Islands!! (We were able to book a suite which includes SO many extras)
I would highly recommend her your vacation needs.
She was very patient with my constant questions and concerns and always responded quickly and professionally making you feel like she really cares about you like a good friend as you work with her!
