First and foremost, our tour guide, Manuel was an absolute gem! Not only was he highly knowledgeable about the local food scene, but he was also incredibly personable and fun to be around. He made us feel like old friends, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie that made the tour all the more enjoyable.

Our first stop was at Las Fuentes, where we had the pleasure of indulging in mouthwatering tamales. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that the restaurant takes great pride in its traditional recipes. A perfect start to the day!
