What a beautiful, very clean place. It has so much to offer, I'd just wished we had more time to enjoy it all. Although our stay was short I would definitely go back. The clubhouse has so much for the kids and the pool area has a splash pad, how fun. The whole park was very much. Check in was very easy since you do most on line. Enjoy! Thank Verde Ranch!

This was a very nice stay for our two nights.
Nice location just off the highway, and only about 30 min. To Sedona. We'll maintained grounds, and nice bathrooms, and laundry. Nice staff. We would stay here again. This is also probably the largest RV park we've ever been to.

My partner and I had a great stay. We are from Ohio and rented a camper van in Phoenix. With only a week in Arizona we were go go go and out all day hiking and exploring. Because of this, we REALLY appreciated the late check-in system/policy here. An individual packet with our name on it answered all of our questions and all instructions/policies were clear. We just needed a quick place to recharge. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were wonderful.

We arrived close to 9pm and after getting showered and ready to hop in the hot tub it was close to 10pm (the club house with all amenities closes at 10pm)

A special shout out to DeAndre who was closing up the club house and cleaning the pools. He was extremely kind, and after hearing that we had been hiking all day in the petrified forest, allowed us an additional 20 minutes in the pool area. Thanks again! We were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning so that was only chance to enjoy the hot tub.

Verde Ranch RV Resort is a beautiful and well-maintained park with great amenities. The sites all have full hook ups, the pool and hot tubs are amazing, and the location is perfect for exploring Sedona, Jerome, and the Verde Valley. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and modern.

There is an option for extended stays, or weekend getaway. We enjoyed our month here exploring the area, meeting new families, and soaking up the Arizona sun. It’s a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Full time traveler @whatrvdoing - this "resort" was such a blast. By far my dog's favorite campsite as he went for a walk 2x a day along the Verde river. When we were not out exploring Sedonas wonderful charm, we were on the grounds exercising in the gym, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Our son loved the pool table and shuffleboard, too. The clubhouse was so nice and comforting that we had friends over one night. We sat and ate dinner and then played board games. Such a blast! Cannot wait to return!

We stayed 8 nights in the RV resort at Verde Ranch. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. RV sites were well groomed with gravel and extra long for our rig. Services at the Clubhouse were enjoyable and handled very well. Clubhouse was well maintained and pool area was clean. We definitely we we're grateful that they offered to us an in-house mobile RV tech making it very convenient Thank you Ron for helping us with the trouble our 5th wheel was having.. As far as attractions all were nearby with nice restaurants offered. Thank you Verde Ranch for being hospitable hosts and making this a great experience. We will be back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Verde Ranch RV Resort, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! As full-time RVers for the past six years, we've visited many resorts, but Verde Ranch has quickly become one of our favorites.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities and well-maintained facilities. This resort truly has everything you could think of—whether it's a sparkling pool, modern laundry facilities, or beautifully landscaped grounds, they’ve thought of it all.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a memorable stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, which added a personal touch to our experience.

The location is also perfect, offering a peaceful getaway while still being close to local attractions. We found plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, making it easy to immerse ourselves in nature.

Overall, our time at Verde Ranch RV Resort was nothing short of spectacular. We will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch RV experience. If you're seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and incredible service, look no further than Verde Ranch!

This is one of best RV parks around. We had a five week stay and when we checked In there was a hiccup and the front desk check in person could not fix my concern, tried to put us in the lower part of the park in row B and we paid for an under cover spot. The site they assigned us to in was not under cover to block the hot sun. We paid more for the under cover spot months prior. There were several spaces under cover, the entire time we were there that were empty to including the rv spot next to us. The lady at the front desk could not figure out the check in system to fix our concern. Butt... the RV Resort Manager came to our rescue and came up the hill with her golf cart and was very kind enough and show us a new spot fully under cover and that had the most breath taking views of the valley.
This rv park has a beautiful club house, pool and exercise room. There is a an actual building off to the side of the front office for all the amazon packages that come in to include your mil.... When making a reservations you don't speak to the front office, rather a call center or folks working from home. This park has good communication with the customer and sends out lots of emails keeping you up to date. Electric is expensive and the cost went up during our stay. There are many trash facilities around. The one thing that is missing in the lower part of the rv park is a bathrooms/bathhouse for the RV sites. There are 4 bathrooms for the wagons only. Hopefully they will build a bathhouse. The laundry facilities are very nice and clean. You use an app to get the washer and dryers to work. The app is fantastic and lets you know when washier and dryers are available and when you own wash is done. Kudos to this app!. Cell service is not the best in the lower part of the RV park. It was great at the top of the hill. I did not use their WIFI.
There are so many family owned restaurants in the local area that are all that and bag of chips and more.... If your looking for really good wine and Italian food, you must go to Moscato Italian restaurant. I still think of the best meal i ever ate there!. Additionally Bull Pen has great hamburgers. if you get a chance go to the Merkin Vineyard at the Hill Top... also Eden is a great little restaurant.
I want to personally thank the manager of this park for making our stay one of best. Look forward to coming back.
