I have two ax19s 2017, and 2019 and a 2023 852 stump grinder. I have so many issues with the design, quality, and parts cost. If you’re a big company you won’t understand. If your a 1-3 crew company stay away. With the update lies and lack of performance due to the failures on the chipper update is sad. The stump grinder is the same the new tooth style is a joke. Yellow jacket is the only way. Do the math. How about buying a starter. 240$ online and through Vermeer it’s 1300 and some change. That’s because they don’t have any other part number but Vermeers. Phs sad to say math doesn’t add up. Stay away. That’s if they get real and change their lie appeal to the small guy. Lesson of the day buy two rg55 vs one expensive 852. Math doesn’t lie. We are tried and true for a reason.

Could not be more satisfied with this product. Beyond durable- our affectionately named new family member, Gina, has endured austere elements for years and continues to perform admirably. Her agile tools penetrate rock and stone with ease. Easy to use, easy on the eyes, but don’t let her beauty fool you: under the hood she’s got gears of gold. She fills the deepest pits of Afghanistan and my heart. Fine American product. USA!

Dock people were great. My complaint is with your yahoo's arriving to work. The back road by truck check in is 20. I have guys blowing past me at 30 to 40.
Then trying to back into a dock (1510 bldg), other cars can't stop to let a driver back in. Crap. Your guys need to leave the house earlier then.
Or truckers need to stop delivering here and then your guys don't need to worry about work.
Not a safe delivery area.

My family and I have been a long tine client of Vermeer dating back to 1967. Today, I can gladly say, I am finished. Their entire business model since 2010 is pretty in yellow, under engineered, and we will make up for it in parts and service at your expense. I am now glad to own a Rotochopper, Carlton, and Morbark chippers. I have three more Vermeer stumpers. Will be selling these. You know what I don't have? High maintenance costs. Caterpillar and Cummins have backed up poor engineering. Vermeer backs it up with, would like to upgrade and for an extra fee, we will sell you a "confidence" guarantee. When you look upon this machine, this is not an operator issue, it is a Vermeer issue. Yes, I have tried to reach out to Vermeer Corporate and locally at Vermeer of Midwest.
