Do not transfer anyone here. I had to pull my mom out bc she wasn’t getting the care she needed never had her legs wrapped and lucky to get a shower each day. The staff did what they wanted and basically didn’t care. Never checked one my mom at all. So if she was one the floor no one would know. I will never put a family member in a place only a few staff members was good but the other ones wasn’t good. I think the place needs new staff and head up people. The place is a joke and they put one a act

A few decent nurses and aids however we took a loved one here based on empty promises about his rehabilitation needs however the most rehabilitation he has gotten is from his family. If it wasn't for us actively pushing him to make progress and getting him up to walk, there is no doubt he would still be bed ridden. This place does next to nothing for rehab but more to keep patients in bed so they don't have to worry about them. We've pushed to get his cath out because he kept trying to pull it out and instead of getting him up to try and use the restroom like they should we have been told they don't have time so they just straight cash him multiple times a day which is painful and not helping his rehab. I feel as though a good majority of these people are lazy and lack empathy for the patients. Please don't let your loved ones go here if you care about their health and want to see them improve. I feel that this problem stems from the management team from the director of nursing on up. I have heard tons of great things from their mouths but I have seen little to no action taken. Please don't fall into the same trap we have!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We have had countless issues. My opinion is, if you can't be there with your loved one 24/7 to make sure they are being taken care of, which is what you're paying them for, don't go there.

This facility is clean, smells good, and the staff are so amazing and accommodating. I recently came in for a visit and everyone was smiling and eager to help. I am so thankful Versailles has such an amazing building for their elderly.

Team work is key, from the moment you arrive everyone greets you warmly and says hello. They genuinely listen and care for each resident. They are quick to resolve any issue and encourage families to visit anytime and participate in activities. Residents are happy, and able to express themselves freely. I would recommend Versailes Health and Rehab.

If you family member is unable to communicate their needs and get out of bed unassisted, do not transfer them to this facility. The staff answer questions with "I don't know" instead of looking up information. They will not dress, assist with feeding at meal times, oral care, dressing, or repositioning on a regular basis. If your loved ones needs medication for comfort, they will wait over 30 minutes to receive it. The care received here is terrible and really unbelievable. Concerns were brought to nursing managers without any resolution or improvement.

Update: I called their concern line as listed in their reply. Their concern line is not even answered by an individual, it is simply a recording. It has been 4 days and no response. This is how concerned they are with concerns.
