For a week Vick's has transported us to and from dental appointments at Los Algodones and Yuma after we suffered a breakdown on our truck. I used Vic's in May 2023 when I traveled by myself to Mexico for dental work.

The service was terrible. We called hours ahead to arrange transportation home from the airport and followed up with a text (per Vic's instructions), but the driver was at least 20 minutes late. We were the last people by far waiting for transportation. I saw other companies (Buchanan, Uber) waiting at the curb for their fares. The driver's excuse was that Vic never sent him a message. We won't use this company again.

Vic picked me up at the border today at the last minute. It took much longer for me to get across the border than anticipated and he was very concerned. He kept texting to see what my progress was and when he wasn’t able to reach me he contacted my friends. He waited for me an extraordinary long time with a small additional charge which I was more than happy to pay. He was so considerate and helpful. We made a couple of additional stops on the way to my hotel in Yuma and he helped me with a shipment home! I highly recommend Vic’s VIP service to anyone.
