We booked our trip to Sri Lanka with View Holiday Trip and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. Sourabh helped us with all the bookings and Vaishali from the backend team helped with all important information and step by step guidance. Once we reached Colombo we were greeted pleasantly and our guide Mr. Udaya through the tour was so friendly and kind. 7-day trip to Dubai - organized by View holiday Trip.
The trip was well organised and very smoothly executed overall. The options were discussed and ticket/room booking were done well in advance by Manju Joshi.
The taxi/transportation was available on time and the trip was perfectly executed as planned. The drivers guided us through the new places. The hotel room was well maintained and the food options were good. Everyone was helpful throughout. It was a wonderful experience and the time was effectively managed.

Minor improvements - there were multiple other attractions that we could not cover. It could have been discussed and incorporated one or two, if possible. It's also good to describe the next day's plan in advance for better preparation.

Went Well:

I had an amazing experience with VHT who was so helpful and quick for sharing the Srilanka Itinerary & Tour plan. Thanks, Vaishali , priyank and team who were helpful and attentive throughout the trip, ensuring we had the best experience possible. From the accommodations, Transfers the team supported well.

The tour driver was very warm and welcoming, very helpful as well. (5/5 rating).
however we faced challenges in communicating.
Also, if the driver comes with Tour guide experience would help us.

Organizer should know and share the local festivals, We missed local festival in kandy .that made us little disappointment .

Recommendations:

Recommending to include off- beat packages, rather keeping the standard places for the sake of numbers. This will help everyone to choose on their interest and spend good time.

Suggestion would be to spend day1 in Kandy and not Colombo due to the travel time which will take more than 1.5hrs to reach which is waste of time/day. I have reached Colombo hotel by 4.30pm only where my ¾ day went in travel.

Also, the travel was hectic from Nuwara Eliya to bentota was more than 4hrs costed our half days in travel itself. so plan no of days accordingly .

Customize off- beat package for the south coast (Mirissa, Weligama, Matara and Ahangama etc) has a nice laid out vibe. Young ppl would love it. Never knew this side of Sri Lanka existed.

Spice Garden, Gem Museum, wood factory and batik factory were a waste of time as it was more like a sales place.

• Cinnamon island of the Madu river Safari had a nice local touch so we did not feel so and bought some goodies.
• Nuwara Eliya was beautiful, and the night life is Ella was a nice experience.
• Bentota seemed very touristy and typical.

overall good experience , Must visit place 🙂

Had a great package trip from view holiday trip with the help of Mr. Sourabh and Miss .Chetna , They made us a remarkable trip ever went, The guide who they have arranged also engaged with us in every sightseeing and was fully enjoyed a lot.The hotel’s what they suggest was also very amazing and most comfortable .our family enjoyed a lot .
