Great location, excellent service but exorbitant food prices. We stayed in a family suite which was had bit older decor which did not bother us but the lock was not working and had to ask for help to open it; room was big enough and comfortable. We had dinner at their adjacent restaurant and had pizza and mushroom item and we could not eat any one of them and threw away $75 and the food was awful. But highlight of our stay was how kind the gentleman at the hotel was; our kid had upset stomach and vomited during his dinner; the host made us feel comfortable knowing what had occurred; thank you sir! One more thing was that the booking email from booking.com did not include the tax which is unusual and the final bill was higher than anticipated. They do have a Tesla charger by the way.

Stayed in the covered wagon. It was really comfortable, with a soft mattress, lots of blankets (including a heated blanket), electrical outlets, and a door that latches but doesn't lock. The wagon also has a little built in table, hooks for towels and clothes, storage, and they provided a basket of towels to use.||We were provided with a propane fire pit, s'mores set, and coffee pods. There's a little "kitchen" at one end of the property with a coffee pod maker, a microwave, fridge and sink. There's a bathroom building at the other end, with two rooms that have a toilet and sink (you can lock the door and have the whole room, it's not stalls) and one shower room each for women and men. There's a heater in the shower room. It was free when I went to use it, as was the "kitchen", so I think only a couple of the units are sharing these facilities. ||We were also provided with fish food to feed the trout being raised to stock the creek.||Everything was easy and clean, and the price was good for the covered wagon. The restaurant had good portions of hearty food, but I'm not sure why it was Los Angeles prices for a humble creekside place. It was nice to have a big breakfast there before driving up to Yosemite but the bill was much higher than I would have expected.||Hearing the creek all night outside the door was heavenly. Of course, you also hear every other sound, since canvas is the only thing separating you from the rest of the people, but people all settled down and got quiet shortly after 10 p.m.

We went there for breakfast, don't believe Google which tells you it opens at 9am for breakfast, they open at 07:30am! The staff were friendly and welcoming, we both had eggs, scrambled and poached. I had the latter which were soft, the muffin nicely toasted with butter and the mushrooms and spinach nicely done. I liked the potatoes but wish they hadn't put pepper on top, it's not to everyone taste. The coffee was good too. I would have given it 5* hadn't it been for the price. 46 dollars for breakfast is very expensive.

Booked this cabin as a way point between Yosemite and Bodie St Park.
Got in late, so we didn't eat at the restaurant till breakfast, and that was probably a mistake!
The cabin had a queen bed and a side room with bunk beds, a bathroom, and a little refrigerator. Exceeded our needs.
Breakfast was amazing:
Biggest pancake ever (and very good too). The Breakfast burrito was large and tasty. The crepes were very pretty and tasted even better.
Can't recommend this place enough!

Really impressed with how cute this little 'settlement' is! Our covered wagon was right by a burbling creek, and the sound was so nice to fall asleep to. It was raining when we arrived, but everything was dry and cosy inside. It was also quite chilly, but there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm, and the bed was super comfortable. Had a great sleep! We stayed in a very nice suite in the MGM Grand in Vegas the night before, and I have to say I enjoyed my time here at least as much as I did there! There are a lot of little touches that have been made that add to the rustic outdoorsy Old West atmosphere, and the staff is very attentive. We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked very inviting. I highly recommend staying here for a different sort of experience!

This place was a great place to stay outside of Yosemite. Close enough for the drive into the park each day. They have sleeper cabins for the camping folk, and log cabin style motel for us glampers. Very clean rooms! The restaurant on site was wonderful. The creek runs outside of your cabin with several seating areas with propane fire pits and lawn games set up to enjoy the outdoors. They really make an effort here to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely, quaint-in-the-best-way property. We stayed one night in a cabin in the middle of the property, a stone's throw from the creek and steps from the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were quite good. Service was quite good. Room rate includes a bag of fish food to feed the trout being raised onsite and a s'mores kit for the glorious outdoor gas firepit. There are three rental cabins right by the creek that appear to be the most popular...for good reason; you'll hear and see the beautiful natural babbling stream all day and night. Next time here we would definitely ask for one of those three.

We had a wonderful experience here.
