We got married at Greystone Weddings on August 9th, 2024. It was the most beautiful day, and it went so smooth, thanks to the staff at Greystone. We didn’t even have to think, the planners had us covered. The staff are incredible, and so is the venue. The food was delicious, my favorite definitely being the Mac n Cheese! I really want to emphasize that I didn’t stress at all on my wedding day as a bride, and that is a huge selling point. Thank you to the planners and staff, for taking the stress off of my shoulders. They were amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more beautiful venue for our best day!

Thank you Visions for allowing us to have our dream wedding!! Bob and Jo and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with and they were even able to accommodate different dietary restrictions. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The views were stunning and we got tons of compliments from our guests. We even got a double rainbow! A truly perfect night.

We hosted a client event for our company in early November. Bob was extremely communicative via email and phone. For the day of, his wife, Joanne, was so helpful in ensuring everything was set up just to our liking. Her son even helped haul things from my car with me. The view is absolutely gorgeous especially at sunset. The food was delicious and plentiful! The mashed potato bar was so fun and unique. We had a ton of leftovers and the team was prompt in providing boxes and wrapping it up so we could take it with us. We will be back again!

Our experience with Visions was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, we worked closely with Bob, who guided us through every detail of the timeline. The catering was phenomenal, and we received countless compliments on the food.

We cannot say enough good things about Jo and Emily. They truly brought our vision to life. Emily, our day-of coordinator, was truly exceptional. She anticipated our needs before we even realized them, ensuring we always had a drink in hand and kept us informed about everything happening. If she weren’t our coordinator, we’d honestly probably want to be friends with her—she’s just that great of a person. At one point, she even picked up our nephew and walked around with him so my sister-in-law could have a break to eat. Going above and beyond is an understatment.

The staff, in general, was amazing—attentive and friendly throughout. We took advantage of everything Visions had to offer. The DJ kept the party going, and everyone enjoyed the Photo Booth. And, of course, the views of Grand Traverse Bay were unbeatable. We cant recommend this venue enough!

Such an amazing day at Visions Weddings & Banquets for our daughter's wedding. The venue has such a spectacular view overlooking the bay, the food was fantastic, the DJ was awesome as well as the bartenders and the rest of the staff. The magic mirror was a must and so much fun! There is also an option for a late night snack. (We chose pizza). I can't say enough about how amazing Bob and Jo were to work with. There is not one thing I would change if we had to do it all over again. Everything was perfect and beautiful. Jo personally seen to every detail and we didn't have any issues. She kept everything running smoothly so there was absolutely nothing for us to stress over.

This is the place to have your wedding! Joanne and Emily are the best day of coordinators you could ask for, Bob was awesome to work with as well! If we could get married again we’d definitely have it there! Also if you pick what DJ you want I’d choose John!

First of all we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The location was absolutely stunning. With the gorgeous view of the bay. Both Bob and Jo made the whole process from start to finish a breeze. Besides being friendly, they were professional and super helpful. They took a lot of the pressure off of us by having a venue that not only comes with a variety of food to choose from, but who had decor to choose from and a wonderful dj foo. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is getting married.
