My daughter and I went in to replace a coffee cup that was my mother's that I got when she passed. It broke and we had gone to several places looking for a suitable replacement. She suggested Ollie's. And sure enough we found a set of opposite yet matching cups for us. I can't replace the old one but the smile I got when I gave her hers was priceless
