My husband and I went on a 2 hour trail ride with Lisa as our guide and she was amazing! We loved her, she was super friendly and was very clear in instructions. We were beginner and intermediate and the horses/mules chosen for us were a perfect fit. The views were amazing and she took us through different trails through the woods and she even took some beautiful photos for us with Mt Shasta behind us. Thank you Lisa!

We had so much fun on our trail ride with VS Equine. As a first time rider I felt at ease and really comfortable. Lisa and Teagan were a blast and made everything super fun. They took pictures the whole time and we chatted about all kinds of fun things. I fell on love with my horse Wrangler, he was so sweet and handsome. I can’t wait to go again, thank you VS Equine for a wonderful time!

My granddaughter Mira and her mom had a great time on the trail ride this past Saturday! Mira gave the ride a “10 out of 10” and can’t wait to ride again! The guides are friendly and professional. The grounds are beautiful. Got to say “hi” to Ruth too . Highly recommend the hour trail ride.

My nine year old son and I took a 1.5 hour ride yesterday evening. The horses are well behaved and the ride was beautiful. Our guide, Molly, was very professional and fun to be around. We will definitely be back again!

I spoke to Ruth and she was graciously accommodating of my last minute request.

Molly and her horse were waiting for me when I arrived an hour later. Post the initial paper work that took about 5-10mins, followed by 10mins instructions we were started on a beautiful hour long trail going through the woods in the snow, some parts trail some just wilderness!

For me it was serene, and quite a pleasant experience.

VS Equine is a great option for a day experience while visiting the area. Ruth was organized, knowledgable about the region, took safety seriously, and obviously loves her animals. My family of four has wonderful memories and pictures from our 90 minute trail ride.

I can't give a review based on there trail rides or service beyond contacting them, because they never called me back. I visited Lake Siskiyou resort for 5 days and my son wanted to go horseback riding. So, I called to schedule a ride since you can't book online. Well, no one returned my call. When you call the message says to call other phone numbers based on what you are calling about. That is what I did, left a message and expected a return call whether they had availability or not. If the business can't even return calls, I'm not sure how good the experience would even be. Return people's calls, that is the start to decent customer service.
