We had a great time. The place was peaceful, clean, and the staff were friendly. I especially liked the pond seating area. Room was decorated in very beautiful style. Also, it’s so close to the beach. It’s a great spot for a relaxing stay. We will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Walden on the Pond in Spring Lake! The accommodation were comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the continental breakfast provided in the morning. We had a great time. Ronna, the owner, and all staff were very nice and hospitable. The pond with ducks was lovely, and having private access was a bonus. Moreover, it's super close to the ocean—you can even walk there if you like. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!"

The owner gave us beach passes which I bought home by mistake. I returned them by mail. She unauthorized went into my account and charge me $200 for un returned Beach passes which I did return. She ignored my text. I asked for a refund because I wanted to come back and visit her establishment and she refused, This owner Ronna is more concerned with money than keeping a good relationship with her customers! She unauthorized went into our account and charged us 200 dollars!! I was willing to return every birthday and she would’ve made a lot more money than that $200 that she charged me unjustly!

The place is beautifully decorated and sits on a lake and is magical.. The room was beautiful, but the inn keeper did not give us the room we thought we were getting .we were charged the same price as the original room, but it did not have the balcony that we was promised. We weren’t notified of this change until of our arrival. The innkeeper gave us beach passes without any instructions . Those beach passes were taken home by mistake.. She text me and told them to return them to her. I looked for the beach passes. I found them a different times and sent them back and individually. Before we knew it she took out $200 from our charge that we left with her. She didn’t even tell us we felt like we were robbed.. she just went in and charged us 200 dollars without a warning!!! I texted her. She did not respond. I just text her explaining that I sent those passes back that we were not informed of the charge originally , if she could still, please refund us cause I want to come back to her establishment. She denied us a refund which is sad because I cannot go back and visit this place because we were treated un justly. I was planning coming back every year for my birthday and she would’ve gotten a lot more money than that $200 that she charged us unjustly for beach passes that were returned … Be careful of this inn keeper she’s after money more than Keeping a good relationship with her customers, which in the end would give her a lot more money than the $200 she charged us..
