So I’m not sure if they are still doing walking dead tours here or not anymore.
We drove into the Town of Haralson today and was shown Buy a couple locals or part of the movie series was filmed. The town for the most part is deserted for real. It’s kind of like a bedroom community now. But if you’re a walking dead fan as I am you will surely recognize some of these photos of buildings from the TV series. At any rate I thought it was much spookier with nobody around a.k.a. tourist it literally was a dead town. Very cool. Enjoy the pics

We didn't take the tour because we we're on a self guided tour of our own. We did get to meet the staff who told us about the tour very informative. If you take the tour you may go inside the buildings for better viewing of where scenes took place. I took pictures from the car. Their gift shop is small but has lots of options for taking a little walking dead with you back home. Neat little shop. I'm sure the tour is way better that a self guided we didn't get alot of info just what I could find online. They were also filming in Alexandria that day so we headed that direction.

An incredible tour! A. Must. Do. DO NOT MISS THIS! Sign up for the 'interaction-with-walkers' tour, which is the 3:30 tour, and i promise you won't be disappointed! The guide was 'Daryl', and all i can say is you won't be disappointed! The entire staff are on fire with knowledge for everything 'Walking Dead'! Again - you won't be disappointed! So stop what you're doing and make reservations NOW!

Tour guide Jimmy knows everything there is to know about TWD and will help you get the best photos of the locations. You will see where Merle fights with the Governor and eventually dies, turns, and is taken out by Daryl. The barn that Rick & the Governor meet to negotiate is part of the tour as well. The only downside we experienced was there were like 30 people on the tour we took and a huge part of the time was eaten up just posing people for photos. This is still a 5-Star review because it is an excellent tour and I do not know if there are always that many people on every tour. This is the second time I have done this tour, the first time the group was only 5 people. I definitely recommend Jimmy as a tour guide, you are guaranteed to get awesome photos and insider information about what it was like being on set during filming!

A+ very well done, awesome time. Great to bring back some memories and intertwine the Ipad to help you remember scenes etc. Guide was knowledgeable and very friendly and kind we had a blast. I would highly recommend this tour. Little short but worth it.

Do this tour. Jamie our tour guide is knowledgeable, fun-loving and friendly. And a great photographer. He has been leading this tour for 10 years so it comes easily to him. The tour is exclusively around the old feed mill most recognizable from when Rick met with the Governor. There are plenty of stories and you will recognize so much! Do it! You won't regret it!

This tour was awesome and the tour guide was really cool. I felt more here than with any of the other tours. You get to actually go in the barns with the guide.
