We recently returned from our stay at Paul and Halley's beautiful home on Lake Oconee. The 8 of us celebrated our annual Father Son golf outing and the home, setting and total experience was all first class and real joy for us which included my sons and grandsons. It has a stunning view on the Lake with paddleboards and kayaks which we enjoyed. Thanks again for the memories.

We stayed here for a Georgia football game weekend. Great location and only 45 minutes to Athens. The house is spacious and well appointed—bathrooms are like new! The setting on the lake is beautiful and the screen porch just perfect to take it all in. We really enjoyed our time at this home. To make it even better, the owners are very responsive and helpful which makes such a difference when you are in a new area. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic spot to spend the weekend. The house was extremely well kept and had all of the essential household items we needed. The host was great. I had left a fishing pole and tackle box and the host was extremely responsive and helpful in getting my items back to me. Very close to a few different golf courses and places to eat. Would highly recommend the house and host for a vacation stay!

Rented this house to gather with our adult children and grandkids (8 adults 2 small children) and it was a perfect fit. The home was clean, welcoming and comfortable. A well equipped home- kitchen, linens, supplies for the lake (kayaks, floats, paddleboards). The pingpong table was a big hit! The lake is beautiful, location is convenient to marina for boat rental, restaurants, grocery store. Communication with the owner was easy, efficient and friendly. Hope to visit again!!!

This was my second time to this best kept secret spot. If you are planning a multiple family trip this is your home. Luxury at the plantation, sport on the lake, jumping of the rock and great hidden food spots (Publix, BBQ, pizza and a butcher spot). Walk straight out into the lake to paddle board and kayak that are provided (we had a boat) off your semi-private dock (neighbors are always so kind). The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The basement is perfect for kids to go wild while the upstairs screened in porch is nice for the parents to catch up or do a puzzle. The house layout is nice to separate each family to have their own space but great entertaining rooms to all come together. The owners are only a text away. If you have a question or need something to make your stay better we experienced they are there for you to make your vacation perfect. The area is addicting with hikes, walking paths and adventure! Have fun!

What a slice of heaven this rental home is! Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and had literally everything one could ask for. We stayed with another family and the space was extremely comfortable and deceivingly large for 2 families (we were 4 adults, 3 teens and 1 kid).
Favorite memories were dining on the screened in porch overlooking the lake, sunset views, smores on the fire pit, fishing from the dock and kayaking and paddle-boarding. The location is perfect on a small quiet cove with a handful of homes, tucked away from anything busy, yet very convenient to boat/jet ski rentals and water sports. Publix was a short 10 minute drive away. Pizza from nearby Amici's was excellent (we did take-out), and Bone Island Grill has a lovely screened patio for waterside dining. Thank you Halley and Paul for everything! You guys were so responsive and perfect to work with. We can't wait to return!

2nd time back in 2 years, and we plan to do it again. We wanted family memories the kids will treasure (laketime with cousins!), and we've found the spot!

The location is perfect -- a safe, cozy, low traffic cove that is convenient to the marina and big water. Float all day or relax on the screened in patio or fish off the shore. We had 6 adults and 6 teens, and had plenty of room to cluster for small talk, get away for a phone call, read a book, or huddle as a whole group for movie night. We rented jet skis and a pontoon boat from marinas outside of Reynolds (the more convenient one had some rental constraints), but it only took us about 10-15 min to get to the house with the boat/jetskis from the other marinas.

I can't tell you what a great feature the 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards are! It seemed like there was just a constant natural rotation throughout the days of sunning, floating, paddling, fishing, eating, and relaxing...and repeat.

Lots of bedrooms which provides a number of sleeping options (if kids want to room together). The kitchen and eating areas worked great for prepping and serving meals for our large group.

The owners were amazingly responsive to any request, and the neighbors helped make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect place to relax at the lake. This house has lots of space and everything you need. Mornings on the back porch overlooking the lake are almost as good as watching the sunset from the same spot. Can't wait to go back!
