I was interested in hiring wedding design and decor for my wedding. I arrived to my scheduled appointment on time and was greeted by Moniqua who was very sweet and helpful. However we waited for about 2 hours and Ravi was still not there and later he walked by and did not even say hello or acknowledge us. it has been 3 weeks now and still did not receive a follow up email or a quote from them. its sad to see businesses not taking their customers seriously especially when wedding decor is already a large expense.
