He was so kind and so sweet, very communicative, and went above and beyond to make our day special and stress free. Honestly, Dana was the first planner to contact me when I was in search for a wedding coordinator! I think that says more than what I could say about him in words. I didn’t interview any other coordinators after his initial phone call and was immensely content with the work and help he provided for me. He was helpful and gave me great feedback while also calming my nerves for the big day. I can’t thank him enough for all the help he provided me and my husband. Dana is an amazing wedding officiant. He literally took care of everything and quickly answered any questions I asked.

Our wedding was postponed last March due to COVID and he kept in contact with me the entire time. We were finally able to have our wedding on Nov. 28th.

Dana Johnson is the best Tybee Island wedding officiant we could have hoped for. He was kind, hardworking, patient, funny, caring, and above all he made our big day go off without a hitch! Dana not only was an incredible officiant, helping us with our vows, speaking clearly and emotionally, and guiding how the ceremony would go - he went above and beyond! Dana secured our beach permit, personally raked and cleaned the beach, provided the chairs, negotiated with venues on our behalf, and basically did anything and everything we needed! Seriously, he's more than just an officiant, he can make anything happen.

One thing about Dana that I think is underappreciated? His voice! The way he spoke during our ceremony was beautiful, and his soothing voice really brought our vows to life. Again, he worked with us on every word of the ceremony to customize it to our personal preferences.

He works with Sloan Edenfield who we also highly recommend. She was an amazing day-of coordinator, decorator, florist, and all-around amazing wedding planner who we are immensely grateful for. Simone could have an entire page for how awesome she is, but just know that when you get Dana and Simone together on Tybee Island, your dream wedding becomes a reality!

Weddings with Dana was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding day. Any question, idea, concern we had, they handled it. All with grace and ease. They brought all my ideas to life and the entire weekend was perfect. Dana and team were thoughtful, receptive, paid attention to detail and most importantly flexible. Dana is amazing! I was the maid of honor for my sister's wedding and as soon as we met, his calm and confident demeanor let me know that we were in good hands. At the rehearsal, he was so thorough and made sure we all knew what to do and when. If there was ever a moment at the rehearsal/wedding where I didn't know what was next, I knew that I could just look to Dana and he would guide me - that's exactly what you want on a day with a lot of moving parts!

Throughout the actual wedding day, Dana was on top of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer or an adjustment he couldn't make. Since things rarely work out 100% to plan, it's so nice to have someone as patient and as compassionate as him there to support the overall vision. He worked so diligently to ensure that things kept flowing smoothly, and was so considerate towards the bride and groom. From a sisters perspective, it warmed my heart to see how much their happiness mattered to him.

Dana, you were the constant we needed on a day full of continuously changing variables - genuinely, thank you for everything ❤️
