Jen is absolutely FABULOUS! For our 10-year anniversary we knew we wanted an all inclusive somewhere warm but had no idea where to start. Jen set everything up for us! Our 1st. Anniversary trip to Sandals South Coast Jamaica booked by Jennifer Brinks Welcome Back Travel was incredible. Jennifer made sure our experience was top notch including airline flights and expedited Immigration and Customs processing!!! We had such a wonderful time. The resort was incredible with wonderful accommodations. The people were nice and friendly and we were treated like Royalty. Restaurants and food selections were outstanding. Jennifer was so amazing to work with! She set aside time to discuss with us in depth about what exactly we wanted out of our honeymoon and where we wanted to go. HIGHLY recommend working with Jen at Welcome Back Travel. We have booked 3 vacations with her and she always has the best recommendations. ALL of the resorts have been amazing. Our first trip out of the country in 2019 she made sure all of my questions were answered and she took care of ALL of the details. Our second trip was in 2020 during COVID. She made sure all safety protocols were followed by the resort and the trip went off without any problems. It was over our anniversary and she notified the resort who had a special sign on our door with complimentary wine, dessert, rose petals and candles all waiting for us on our arrival! We are leaving in a couple of weeks for another new destination. Once again, she has made planning our so easy! Would not hesitate to use again and again. You won't be disappointed!

Loved the Secrets and Breathless resorts! I loved having the Preferred Club access!! The staff was amazing at the resort! I have only amazing things to say about the entire trip!!!
