Janet is amazing! She sent us great recommendations for our honeymoon that met our budget. Her response time is super quick, and she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone, and I would definitely use her again.

West Rock Travel is the best!!! They are super friendly and always happy to help you book. They know different things to find different routes that I never would have thought of when booking myself. They are always available and helping when there might be an issue with a missed flight or connection issue. My husband is a professional athlete and we cannot have flights missed. Because of West Rock Travel we have never missed a race or somewhere we needed to be!! I highly recommend West Rock Travel for all of your personal or business travel needs!!

I called a over a week ago and sent emails requesting information for a trip I plan to take in march. I never heard back from anyone. I called and my information was taken again & I still have not been contacted. I will search for another travel agency in the city. I understand being swamped, but a courtesy call or email goes a long way.

I called and spoke to a female agent on a Tuesday. She said she was busy but would have something to me by the following my Monday. On Thursday I still had not received anything. I called back, spoke to the same agent. Again she said she had been busy. I told her I understood that but if you can’t follow through with what you said you would do, you should contact me. Now it is the follow Friday (18 days after our initial convo) and still NOTHING! I do not recommend them for this reason!
