We had a great time with the Jazz Tour! Cayge is a wonderful guide. She has a wealth of knowledge and tailors the tour to the needs of the group. We listened with opened mouth about the history of jazz and then went to 2 different bars and listened to great jazz music. Thanks again for a wonderful evening!

Walter is a very wonderful tour guide. He made sure everyone was comfortable due to the heat. He added a quick stop to a local bar for drinks. Walter is funny and personable. He gave us a list of restaurant recommendations and he even gave us a ride to a restaurant after the tour.

We had a great time with the Jazz Tour! Cayge is so engaged and lovely! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about New Orleans and Jazz! She is so eloquent and caters to the different needs of the members of the tour.
She is so very upbeat and lively!
The tour was very informative and interesting. In addition to the nice walk around the park and the French quarter, we went to 2 different bars and listened to great jazz music while having a nice drink and great conversations! Definitely would recommend prior to a dinner reservation! You get your pre-dinner cocktail and, after a nice walk, you are ready to sit down for a nice meal.

A friend and I had THE BEST tour with Walter - who was an amazing guide and a truly lovely human. Walter gave us the backstory on a bunch of the beautiful homes in the Garden District, gave us a master class in architectural terms, and gave us a bunch of amazing recommendations for restaurants and bars to go to!
Also, the tour was VERY small - we actually were the only people on it, so it was effectively a private tour.

Çayge was made for this and I can’t recommend this tour enough. She’ll walk you through the tragic yet inspirational story of Jazz with the easygoing merriment of a Louis Armstrong. Then she’ll take you to two wonderfully hidden jazz spots to actually listen and see how the art form continues to evolve. Do this tour, trust me.

Truly a delightful experience that started before we even arrived. Our tour guide Walter Thomas was so thoughtful from an initial email with recommendations before we arrived, to the day of, to even after the tour. Booked via Intrepid Urban Adventures. This is a great walking tour. Walter, our guide, was super knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. He clearly knew his stuff.
