I had service with Wheeling Linen for nearly 9 years with my small restaurant. When I decided to try another company because Wheeling Linen is so overpriced they told me I was in a contract with them. Turns out when you set up service, you sign a 3-5 year contract with a rolling clause. You literally will ALWAYS be in contract with them. They are absolutely horrible people and I recommend everyone take my advise and NOT do business with them. I will now be reporting them to the BBB and Attorney Generals Office.

i was a loyal customer of Wheeling linen for over 10 years. They were very cooperative during most of the early years. But the past year quality of products when down and prices went up. they violated the contract by adding price increase six month in advance. In stead of once a year price increase they added more in the middle of the contract without a notice. Every time we returned linens the next bill had charges for missing products. We always had the driver count linens and sign off that everything was returned but we still had charges. So we cancelled our uniforms and rug deliveriers, and went with another company. We told them we would still use them for holiday linen rental.
When I called to order linens for Thanksgiving they refused me service. This is where the service industry is taking us. I have never met a company that would refuse a customer to make money. I'm sure I will find a company that will want my business.

I had renew my contract a couple times with Wheeling Linen after the first one but as a 45 year old person I don't forget things after the first year contract everything was really good everything was clean on time and I paid my bill religiously then the second year things started to change a little but I didn't think nothing of it because everyone has their problems including small businesses like mine then the third year I had an employee that was heavily involved with drugs got me involved cost me all kind of problems loss of income and several thousand dollars worth of unpaid bills and Wheeling linen being one of them so after I was notified by Matt at Laurel linen in Pittsburgh I told him that I would make sure that my bill what little I owed was paid in full if they would still deliver me Product after that point now we fast forward a couple months to June 22nd 2021 and they will not deliver me any product they will not work with me but anyone with Laurel Lennon or Wheeling linen reads this review you should not talk about people when there's someone else talking to that person on the phone because I'm here to tell you I heard everything you said so I would not recommend Wheeling linen services to any small business do your homework first I wish I would have especially from the reviews that I've just saw recently
