Jenny was fantastic to work with! She asked a lot of great questions to determine what we were looking for in our vacation. From there she sent us a lot of great options within our budget and that fit the vacation vibe we were looking for. Prior to our trip, she sent us a packet with all of the information we’d need to enjoy our time there. The entire experience was very seamless and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. We just got back from a wonderful Disney Vacation planned by Jenny! Jenny is so knowledgeable and passionate about Disney! This was our second Disney trip she has planned for our family! Her customer service is top notch!

Jenny coordinated all of our travel from the airport to our resort at Disney! She also made all of our park reservations for the four days we were there. Jenny was so wonderful and checked on us throughout our trip! She was able to answer all of our questions about Genie +! She also helped us make the best use of our time by sharing recommendations of rides and shows we should see in the park.

Jenny’s attention to detail and wonderful customer service made this a stress free and magical trip! She handled all of our arrangements, while we had fun! ?

Jenny at Whimsical Vacations is wonderful to work with when scheduling our vacations, from start to finish. This year we weren't quite sure where we wanted to go on our vacation but had a few ideas, so Jenny found us options for several locations in Mexico and outlined the highlights of each area, such as which locations had the better beaches, etc. While we were making our final selection, she kept us updated on pricing changes which in the end saved us quite a bit of money. She took care of everything, so we didn't have to worry and supplied us with all of the information we needed for arrivals and departures. The resort she recommended, Grand Palladium White Sands, was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again. If we had any questions, she was very quick to respond before, during and after travel. If in doubt, give Jenny a shout and she'll help you get set up for your next vacation!

My family just got back from a wonderful trip to Disney World in Florida. We have never been on a Disney vacation, so we needed Jenny's help! This was Jenny's second vacation she has planned for our family! I have always heard that planning a Disney trip can be overwhelming. However, this was not the case for us. Jenny reserved our park tickets, hotel, transportation, and dining reservations for our entire trip! We had the best time at Disney, thanks to Jenny's knowledge! Jenny mailed us an itinerary of all the rides and attractions we should try in each park! Her itinerary was so helpful for us Disney Rookies! We got to experience the most in each park, because of her dedication and planning! Jenny reserved our hotel accommodations at the Pop Century Resort on Disney Property! We loved our location to the pool and Disney Skyliner! Our room was perfect! Jenny made this trip such a memorable one for our family! We are so thankful for Jenny and the wonderful trip she planned for us!
