Warm, welcoming barn that caters to riders of all ages and skill levels. The horses are cared for like VIPs; clearly loved and looked after. The teachers are skilled instructors and their styles complement one another very well so it doesn’t matter who you have for your lesson. Everyone at the barn - students, parents and instructors - are so helpful. Great barn to continue riding or picking it up for the first time.

Last May 16th Logan plowed
me down... Because I signed a waiver for some reason Morgan thinks that they shouldn't be accountable for the fact that I wasn't assisted by my teacher Megan. And when I say I was an assistant that means that Megan had to hurry up and put a saddle on a next lesson and she asked one of the girls who is a volunteer who was like 16 years old to help me bring the horse into the paddock well she wasn't paying attention and no one ever explained to me you have to bring the turn the horse around and then leave but the Alpha horse was there... So Logan got spooked and he plowed me down I've got now been going to doctors Pete physical therapy orthopedic doctors my back was slightly injured on the lumbar area .
So as far as I'm concerned they should be accountable and return some of my thousands of dollars that I spent their to be ignored by Megan and I don't care what they say they need to be accountable they're stuck up and they have all these 16 year olds around there that are have been around horses for a long time and you know that's all that all well and good but I was ignored by my teacher and wasn't instructed properly buy them so they should be accountable and they will be....

I am an experienced rider who has had the opportunity to ride with trainers in MA, NY, NJ, CA, CO, NM and TX. I must say that my lessons at Whispering Willow Training has been one of the most helpful sessions I have had in a while. I was lacking confidence in my riding in general. She had me ride Sparky - an adorable Appaloosa, and worked me on the flat. She really focused on the fundamentals of riding, which helped my position. When we started jumping - I got a little nervous. She filmed me and had me watch my video so I could see what I was doing wrong while she explained it. This really worked for me, because I could understand what I was feeling on the horse. We also discussed what was going on mentally with me when I was riding. She listened and offered some candid points. My lesson ended well and I walked away feeling better and more confident. Morgan is a stand up lady, great trainer, and caring individual. She is good with kids, patient with adults, and is someone I will always value. Her barn was clean and organized, which is very important. I could see that she takes great care of her horses and has a variety for many levels of riders. Her barn also allows for her to obtain boarders for anyone looking to board and train with her. Very excited to keep riding here and see how her lesson and boarding program grow!

Morgan has many years of experience with caring for and training horses and providing riding lessons, but what really stands out about Morgan is her demeanor while teaching. She is kind and caring and truly wants her students to have a positive experience. She is also an accomplished rider herself. A pleasure to work with.
