I wish I had enough words to explain how perfect and special having my wedding at White Laurel Estate was. To begin, the location and grounds are BEAUTIFULLY kept up with and stand out compared to so many other venues. The green rolling hills are unmatched and the true, clean white of the facility is on another level. The staff, Jay, Tina, Chase, and Julie, are some of the most caring, involved, generous, intuitive, and overall wonderful people I have ever met. I would get married over and over again at this venue just to work with them again. They were so flexible and handled everything I threw their way with grace and finesse. I could not recommend this venue enough - it was a perfect day and I made the perfect choice having my wedding here. Thank you White Laurel Estate!

We had the opportunity to provide bar services at White Laurel Estate this past August, and it was an absolute pleasure. The venue is effortlessly simple and elegant, with stunning grounds featuring rolling hills and countless magnolia trees (bonus points from us!). The entire family—Jay, Tina, Chase, and Julie—are such a treat to work with. Family is truly at the heart of their business, and it shows. From start to finish, they make you feel like part of their family with their kindness, care, and involvement throughout the entire event. Perfection! Even the crazy thunder skies turned blue in time for the wedding. But it didn’t matter whether it was inside or out it was going to be beautiful. They were a tremendous help and the grounds looked immaculate. Jay and Tina were so easy to work with, and they were so attentive throughout the entire event. Bathrooms were always clean, and there was always someone there to help if needed. The bridal suite was beautiful, the perfect location for pretty pictures! We use the cottages the night before which made everything so simple. The cottages were absolutely gorgeous and perfect for at least 8 bridesmaids and the bride! The groom’s suite upstairs was the perfect place for the guys to get ready and the little man cave off the event space was perfect for the granddad‘s to sit back and relax 😊 Thank you for making our special day so perfect!

White Laurel Estate was a dream come true wedding venue. Every part of the wedding process was easy with WLE. They are able to help every bit of the way and were always prompt with responses to my many questions! They were more than happy to host our two dogs the entire weekend and they were able to stay in the adjoining apartment. The planning process and day of coordinator went seamlessly and I did not worry about a thing! My coordinator, Alyssa, was amazing and did a wonderful job before, during, and after the wedding! I highly recommend this venue to any brides that are wanting an unforgettable wedding!

We cannot recommend White Laurel Estate and their incredible team enough! From the moment we first visited, we were blown away by how stunning and beautiful the venue is. The hills, fields, buildings, trees, flowers, and lighting created the perfect setting—elegant but not over the top, exactly what we envisioned. The chairs, tables, and overall decor options were thoughtfully chosen, and you could tell the venue is impeccably maintained with so much care and effort.

The venue provided countless breathtaking spots for photos and special moments, and their inventory of wedding decorations was extensive and high-quality. The packages they offered were flexible and could be tailored to meet our needs. They made the planning process so easy by always making the venue available whenever we needed to stop by and plan for the big day. Everyone there was so kind and thoughtful, making us feel like part of their family. Nothing ever felt rushed, even before we officially decided on the venue, and all the information they provided was clear and straightforward.

A huge shoutout to our wedding coordinator, Julie, who was absolutely perfect in every way. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. From the very beginning, she inspired complete trust and became our rock throughout the planning process and on the big day. Her communication was phenomenal—she was always prompt and thorough, and every little detail was planned out flawlessly.

Julie was incredibly flexible and supportive of every idea we had, ensuring that our day reflected us. She worked seamlessly with all our vendors, took ownership of every task, and ensured we didn’t have to lift a finger. The flow of the event was exactly how we wanted, and our guests raved about how perfectly everything ran. She was also so attentive to our families and made sure everyone felt cared for.

What meant the most to us was how she prioritized our experience. She made sure we had our little moments together amid the busyness of the day, which we’ll always cherish. Her clear instructions and calm demeanor made everything feel easy and enjoyable.

We are so grateful to White Laurel Estate and Julie for making our wedding truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue and an exceptional team that will go above and beyond, this is the place for you!

White Laurel Estate was amazing for our wedding day! Jay and his family are so kind and willing to help where they can. Jay was super fast to respond and very easy to work with. Chase was around all day of the wedding to drive us on the golf cart to anywhere we wanted to take photos on the property. We had beautiful weather the day of our wedding so we’re able to take photos in different areas. The hills on the property are so pretty in pictures! Everything the day of ran absolutely perfectly. Our friends and family enjoyed corn hole and the fire pit. The area for the reception was large enough to have a five piece band and a stage without feeling cramped. We ended up renting the one bedroom Airbnb on property for the groom and groomsmen during the day so we had plenty of space getting ready. Would HIGHLY recommend having a wedding here!! It was the perfect day!

A couple reached out to me about doing a one-hour photo session for their one year anniversary at their original wedding venue. Any venue that provides this opportunity for a couple at no additional cost has won a 10/10 in customer service in my book! The person who answered the phone at the gate was so kind, so I can't wait to take photos here again! The grassy hills surrounding the venue were definitely my favorite feature!
