Very displeased with our service and quality of work. After 3 months of waiting, constantly being lied to, having excuses made, and 700 dollars later, the original issue is still there and a completely new diagnosis was made after we had taken it home. We had used this business many times for our mechanical needs but it’s not the quality it used to be. I unfortunately do not recommend this company to anyone who wants anything done timely and correctly.

Had a simple Coleman mini-bike with a brand new predator engine, and brought in only because I didn't have time to work on it. Only needed a chain tensioner because the chain was slipping, and it took almost 8 weeks before i got the bike back. When I finally got the bike back after weeks of calling, I started the bike and my entire drive assembly flew off upon first engine start. When looking to reassemble the mess, i found that they had completley stripped the drive bolt threading to the engine and my bike is effectively worthless without major repairs worth more than the bike. I am very disappointed and am not one to do reviews, or post about anything, but if this is what I dealt with for an $900 bike. I would be very cautious bringing in the expensive toys most people are coming to them for.

Worst experience ever! Dropped off my quad for a carb rebuild on August 9, I was told it would be done the next week because there wasn’t anyone a head of me. I tried calling multiple times after the week came and went with no phone call that it was done. I got excuses twice but most of the time they didn’t answer the phone. I finally went there on August 29, they hadn’t even touched my quad, I needed it back for a trip which I told them aug9 when I dropped it off. Came back the next day to get it before leaving for trip they cleaned the carb not rebuilt it and was told I needed the carb rebuild, I told them I knew and I told them this on Aug 9 when I dropped it off. They informed me I had to pay cash upfront to order the carb rebuild kit. Also was told it would be almost 1,000 to rebuild it and I had to pay cash because their debit card was not working. I said no and to put it back together and I’d come pick it up the next week after coming back from the trip I needed the quad for. Tried to pick it up they closed early. Today September 10, I finally got my quad back in pieces never put back together. Lights are hanging, I’m hoping nothing is missing , the battery I was given was not the brand new never used battery I dropped it off with. I was informed the owner had to fire everyone because they were stealing, not working on machines, stealing gas out of customers machines, saying the customer had to pay cash and pocketing it. Nick was the name of the mechanic I had spoke to who also presented himself as the owner. The actual owner apologized, and did not charge me anything because we are fairly certain they didn’t do anything except swipe my brand new battery. He gave me the only battery that was left there that was for a quad. Hopefully they didn’t take ruin or take anything else.

I had taken my kawasaki vulcan to get some maintenance done back in April, new tires, carbs cleaned and other minor issues to get road worthy. They had told me it would be about a month to get done since I was one of the first customers in line but it is now the end of August and they said it would be done today August 26, when I went to pick it up they had no idea where the parts were, the tank was completely removed, the tires sitting next to the frame and so on. To my understanding from what they told me the reason it took this long was for parts being on back order which I understand to a certain extent, so all these months they were lying to me that the bike was some what on schedule the only thing that was really done were the carburetors. The reason I had chosen to go with white mountain performance was that I had head great things about them and that they were the only ones near by that had an opening. Long story short, if you do choose to go with these guys make sure that you are able to go in personally to check in on the progress or nothing to very little will get done on anything you bring to them.

This place is Great! they Usually have what I need to make repairs IN STOCK! Rob is a great help and he is willing to assist you with direction and parts look up. He is honest. However his accomplice is an absolute liar and a crook not to mention a total loose cannon. Only talk to rob.

I was told I would be called before any repairs were made. Next thing I know it’s “fixed” and $500 later. Also it had more problems when I picked it up that it did when I dropped it off. Hard to get good service now days. Can’t say I’m surprised. Also because I work full time and couldn’t get there immediately, I was threaded with a daily storage fee. I have no documentation of a storage fee. Was yes even given a copy of the repair ticket. When I brought up this fact, he started yelling at me stating it is on invoice, that I don’t have.

AND THE PLOT THICKENS! here we are a year after the time I had it in there. Getting back to working on it and properly fixing it because it has had problems since they worked on it. Found they broke the fuel regulator and ZIP TIED IT to fix it. Because they didnt want to own up to the parts they broke while “fixing” it. I hope this is read by all! Freaking terrible mechanic work and awful customer service. We need Rob to come back and rub the show.

Great place with amazing people! I needed my starter changed, and they had it done in a very timely manner as well as affordable! Also they'll install a part of you already have it yourself unlike most other shops. Would recommend to everyone.

Garbage, simple as that. Couldn’t mount and balance a set of motorcycle tires that were left for a week. Even called multiple times asking if they’d be done all while being blown off. If you can’t keep your word then how can the work be trusted ?‍♂️

In sept I ordered a leer topper for my truck, the order got messed up and was never started by leer, was told i would get a refund that was November, it is now February and no refund. Nothing but lies from the check writer. Then i filed paperwork to go to court, AND the usps lost it. so now i have to go another route, maybe criminal theft will work, looking into it. nothing but smoke blowen up my butt from the finance people there never ever do business there. I have documentation of all of this . Man have i heard it's in the mail. LMFAO.
