When we finally starting planning our wedding reception, I knew we needed the White Willow team there with us. We just wanted to be fully present and enjoy our day, and trusted they would take care of the rest! Taylor, Rachel and their team are truly the best. They completely nailed our vision for the day – exceeded our expectations really – and made the planning process SO easy. Everything was stunning, we still get compliments on how gorgeous our reception was! Worth every penny!

White Willow made the wedding day run so smoothly! As a wedding photographer, I always appreciate when there is a coordinator present to answer questions and make sure everything goes according to plan. The White Willow team did that and more. Their whole team showed up to set up the outdoor reception and ceremony on a very hot day. Everyone was so professional and quick! Tasha and her assistant made sure everything ran smoothly for photos and were easy to check-in with throughout the day. I will definitely be recommending White Willow Events to my future couples!

Delayed review as we got married September 2023 but wanted to provide a review this company deserves. We worked with Tasha as our Wedding coordinator for the month of planning and Alex for all designs. We were in contact with Tasha 8 months prior to the event and she responded to every email, phone call and text regardless of the situation. She handled everything so perfectly up to the day and provided everyone in the wedding with little timeline booklets (for the guys) and more details timeline pamphlet for the girls. Everyone enjoyed that since it let them know where to be at what time and how things were planned. At the event she coordinated us smoothly carried gifts and anything else all day. She was 100% on top of everything all day even making sure we drank water periodically and sat down to eat our dinner. Thank You Tasha for both of those. Alex worked with us on design and did not push cost on us at all, we had a meeting and let her know our vision and she let us know what we could rent from them. There were a few pricy items and as long as you communicate with her she will offer ideas or cheaper way to make the vision come together. We had 3-4 meetings with Alex and Tasha took the time to attend every one taking notes and catching all the details. They also work with Bosens Floral which made everything easier to design the floral arrangement. Thank you both! 100% recommend.

As a des moines wedding photographer, I truly cannot recommend White Willow Events enough. Not only are they incredible at design + floral + making their couples' aesthetic a reality, but all of the staff I have worked with over my 10+ years of working with them are professional + knowledgeable + want their couples to have the best, most beautiful day. I can absolutely tell a difference when there is no coordinator at a wedding vs. when White Willow is there. They are always one step ahead of the couple - and me! - ensuring everything goes smoothly. I don't know how they do it, but over and over again they impress me with their design, decor, and ability to make it all custom + unique to each couple!

My and my husbands wedding was absolutely beautiful; White Willow did a truly fantastic job. Alex was very good at making my visions become reality. She was very easy to work with and was always available for questions and willing to make changes leading up to the wedding. They were even gracious enough to help set up a few small things we had provided ourselves. Price wise, they seemed pretty reasonable compared to other places we looked.

Taylor with White Willow KNOWS design. She and her team are so talented at taking brides ideas and turning them into an elegant reality. Our reception design combined the vintage and modern elements I had envisioned perfectly.

We also utilized White Willow for a day of coordinator. On the front end this was super helpful because the girls think of the smallest details that might have been missed and they create a very specific timeline. However, on our wedding day, it didn't flow as smoothly as I would have liked. A few things we discussed didn't get done and a variety of décor that we had provided went missing (eventually all but one items was located). To our guests it was flawless but unfortunately, behind the scenes...not so much.

Taylor and her team are detailed, timely, and very competent at creating stunningly romantic events that have both classic and modern elements. This allows for a timelessness in the weddings and leaves our clients beyond satisfied. Guests are treated to not only well organized events, but also elegant experiences that are both experiential and beautiful. It's an absolutely pleasure to work with the Taylor and her team.
