This venue is AMAZING!!! I will recommend this venue over and over. Whether it be for your big day, graduation party or a shower of some sort, you will not regret having it here! The owners are very kind and thorough & are always there if you have any questions/concerns. Not to mention the scenery is BEAUTIFUL!!!! We had the best day ever!

LOVE this venue. Such a gorgeous ceremony space and the ceremony spot is placed perfectly for those photographers who use natural light! The tree line in the back of the property is gorgeous as well.

My husband and I would absolutely recommend Whitetail Acres for any wedding or event. The booking process and all pre event communication was very organized and we knew exactly what to do the day-of. The space was gorgeous and just what we needed for our wedding reception.

Just a beautiful venue.. I’m a balloon artist/ event decorator.. I dropped off balloons for a wedding a few weeks ago.. I was blown away by how BEAUTIFUL this venue was.. in my 11yrs I was unaware that a venue this beautiful was in our community! Top 5 event venues around..

The venue was so kind of having the tables and chairs out for us ahead of time. there was so much space with extra lighting with modern twists of lightning fixtires above were just gorgeous. They have a beautiful staircase leading down into into the venue area which is breathtaking. The outside gazebo overlooking the pond with the trees is a gorgeous view Especially for a sunset. The bar area came equipped with everything to serve the patrons and guests. The groom's quarters & bridal areas were fabulous with the setup and ease for each bridal party member to get ready. There was so much room for all the guests that there there was no problem with spacing in between all the tables and the chairs. The restrooms have plenty of stalls that suited a easy flow and no lines at the restrooms. I will continue to use this venue going forward for all sorts of parties, family reunions, and holiday gatherings.

Not being from the area, I was looking for a venue to have everything at one place due to family traveling. As the bride I was very overwhelmed with everything at the venue leading up to the day. I spoke with three different people about the same thing and got three different answers. Coolers for instance, we were told we were allowed coolers but come to the reception and there was an issue. We were told that we needed a licensed caterer, but in later face to face conversation it was said "that's why we SUGGEST a licensed caterer due to people bringing grills." Also, my now husband and I received a letter stating damage was done. In order to see the damage that was done you have to REQUEST the photos. I had seen the damage once we returned to the venue because the bartenders made it very aware that damage was done. The damage was done from the coolers being moved closer to the bar to move the drinks inside the stand up coolers. I was NOT able to enjoy my wedding night due to people coming up to me saying how RUDE the people at the venue were. When my husband and I signed the contract for the venue we were quoted $1.50 for table cloths, but when it came time to rent table cloths we were told $3.50 each. We went above and beyond and made sure everything was cleaned up very well along with moping, sweeping, and wiping tables down as we were told by the bartenders, but was not posted in the contract that we MUST do the above. Beautiful place, but will not hold another event due to rudeness.
