First off this place is not actually open until 2 AM on weekends the security fella at the turnstile made that quite clear. At 1:45 AM they want you out. So obviously how much can you trust a casino that lies about their closing time Of course that was on this night, early morning 10/21/23. I did do well on the machines the time prior and the tap beer runs at 3.25 which is one of the lowest in the area. It's up to yall to decide....but clearly the rating warrants a no go......

Oofda, you can tell the place ain't worried about regulations tonight, everyone is losing. Machines are definitely set below legal limits for their $25,000 drawing....oh well. Good luck to the other folk!!🙂

Will never go back! Horrible place. We go to have fun, don't usually win. Then they accused my husband of steeling a ticket out of a machine. He did not steel a ticket. He is one of the most honest people I know! He has taken tickets to the counter at other casinos we have been to. Being the sweet person he is, he did not argue with them. I really never thought a casino would be so low as to accuse someone of steeling a ticket. Afrer talking to a few people we now know of two other people this has happened to at this casino. Really sad they have to make people feel like they have done something wrong when they have not. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere they are honest, you can actually win, and they care if you have a good time. If I could I would put negative stars. And please no reply from management. You know what you did was wrong.

We came up this weekend for my wife's birthday and to attend the winter games. Upon arrival we were told the TV in all the rooms do not work. They then gave me a 10 dollar food voucher for my two night stay. My sister also checked in for one night and recived a 10 dollar voucher. Then we get to the rooms. The beds are terrible. They bounce like a trampoline. The pillows were small and deformed. The next day my sister decided to stay another night and booked another night which I came down and paid for with my card. She was then told they got a 10 dollar voucher for each guest in the room so they received 40 dollars on vouchers. I then asked I would receive a voucher for my second night. They said it's only for each booking so I recieved nothing for the second night. Very confusing. None of this made any sense to me and I was told if I had booked my room one night at a time I would gotten vouchers for each night. The casino itself was still great but idk if it's worth staying here again unless it's very cheap. All around the casino is great the hotel was very disappointing.

Casino is well a casino, nothing really bad or great about it.
The hotel part tho, that's where this place loses it. TV don't work, elevator doors open slowly, minimal light in the rooms, cobwebs on wall light fixtures, scuff and scratches all over the sheet rock, door frames have huge gaps at joints, beds are like sleeping on a hardwood gym floor.
If it wasn't a free room, I'd never stay there. The employees in both casino and hotel are polite and friendly.

We stayed in their travel park for several days because the city park campground was full. The casino campground has 69 spots, each with an electrical hook-up with 50, 30, or 20 amp connections. The sites are paved with asphalt. All of them are back-ins. We were able to park our 40' motorhome in one, and then we just had enough room to park our car sideways in front of it. There is a nice modern bath house in the campground. There is also a dump station, but unfortunately the water fill hydrant was posted as non-drinking water. People in the campground are allowed to eat the hotel's continental breakfast. We did that once, but decided we'd rather eat in our camper after that. The cost is $25 per night, but the 12% tax is in addition to that. For the several days we were there, the most we saw in the campground was 3 campers, including us. Overall, it is an ok campground, but with a few changes it could be a lot better.
I didn't mention the actual casino. It was nice and clean. We enjoyed it.

The hotel is ok. Small casino experience. Generally decent. If you're looking for amenities then go somewhere else as this casino hotel doesn't have a pool or hot tub, no fridges/microwaves in the rooms. Beds are old and outdated. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I’ve stayed here before and it was just fine. This time, the TV didn’t work in any room and I was called by the front desk after I went to sleep and had to switch rooms to a different floor because of plumbing issues.

This is the worst casino!!! Only cater to people who spend hundreds of thousands. Nothing like Jackpot or Grandfalls where they make you feel welcome no matter who you are or what you spend.
When your machine breaks get to " Sorry you have to wait. We have jack pots to attend to. " cause it not like their machines are shut down to.
What a joke ! Take your money and go somewhere they appreciate you !!
