These ladies are remarkable in every way. I must’ve said “I have a vision but don’t know how to bring it to life” multiple times during this process. Every time they took our input, and presented us with something so unimaginably unique, gorgeous, and truly representative of us and our relationship. They don’t just get to know what you want for your wedding, they get to know you.

Lorraine, Gabrielle, & team blew us away each time we saw our events come to life. Creative, talented, visionaries.. these adjectives don’t do them justice. Wile Event’s is the best in the biz!

From the very first phone call, I knew there was no one else we could trust with our wedding day. Lorraine and Gabrielle instantly made me feel confident and at ease, and as the planning process unfolded, they continually exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and passion was present in every interaction, and I knew we were in the best possible hands.

One of my absolute favorite parts of the process—and one of the best decisions we made—was designing our invitations and menus with Wile Events. The invitations were stunning, and even as we worked through revisions, Lorraine and Gabrielle never met us with frustration or a “no.” They were endlessly patient and creative. The envelopes alone blew us away, and I still find myself doting on our invitation suite. To make things even more special, the menus were designed to stylishly match our invitations, which was such a pleasant surprise—not just for us, but for our guests. It’s details like this that really showcase how much thought and care Lorraine and Gabrielle put into what they do, ensuring everything stayed cohesive and thematic.

As someone who appreciates florals but is clearly no professional, it was absolutely amazing to see Lorraine and Gabrielle in action. Their expansive knowledge of varietals made it so easy to work with them. They quickly grasped what we loved and what we didn’t love as much, and they ultimately brought our floral dreams to life. Small but powerful details, like incorporating cherry blossoms as a nod to my now-husband and I meeting in DC, made everything feel so personal. The florals, candles, seating chart, and signage—all of it was so intentional and cohesive, making our day feel nothing short of magical.

On the wedding day, it was clear that every element had been meticulously planned and executed.The entire Wile team managed to elevate our already stunning venue beyond belief. They took the beauty of the space and infused it with an elegance that was simply jaw-dropping. Our guests are still talking about the details, and I know they will be for quite some time.

Even beyond their incredible design talent, Lorraine and Gabrielle were an absolute joy to work with. They brought so much care, kindness, and creativity to every phone call, email, and meeting. It was clear that they were invested not only in the outcome but in making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. By the time the wedding day approached, I was genuinely sad that our collaboration was coming to an end!

One of the standout experiences was visiting their studio. Stepping into their space felt like stepping into a chic design hub—stylish, inspiring, and wonderfully curated. Even the presentations they created for us during our planning sessions were visually stunning, making every meeting feel like a glimpse into the beautiful event they were crafting for us.

Lorraine, Gabrielle and the entire Wile Events team brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. We owe so much of the day’s success to Wile Events, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They didn’t just design our wedding—they elevated it to something extraordinary, and we are forever grateful for their talent and care.

Lorraine and Wile Events were absolutely amazing to work with. After our first conversation with Lorraine, we felt so comfortable and confident that everything we wanted would be done beautifully. Throughout the process, Lorraine was flexible, collaborative, and accommodating, which was refreshing, especially the closer we got to the wedding. Not to mention, everything came out gorgeous and absolutely perfect. From our seating chart, to our favor tags and decor signs, Lorraine and the team did a remarkable job and matched our vision and art deco vibe perfectly. I cannot recommend Wile Events enough!!

I was waiting for photos to be processed to leave my review. After I had left our first meeting with Wile Events about what I envisioned for my wedding stationary, I was so unsure of what would be produced. I thought to myself, “there’s no way Lorraine will be able to pick up what I put down in just the few brief words I used to get somewhat of my vision across (beachy, chic..to name just two). Well, when Lorraine from Wile Events sent over what she created I was in tears!! I truly thought she possibly was inside my brain She created just what I wanted, but even better. When planning our Colorado summer wedding there was no doubt we needed the Wile girls to deliver our dream day. Although based on the east coast, they had no trouble navigating what was a destination wedding for their team, seeking incredible local Colorado vendors, and giving us the same care and attention as if we were a local client. A weekend long visit with us and to our venue provided a strong foundation for them to work off of.

We had some very clear ideas of our design and the feeling we wanted to evoke. Gabrielle and Lorraine did an amazing job finding unique pieces of decor and generating an event that was fully our style. Although the entire day was gorgeous, the head table florals just stood out to me as stunning, as well as the ceremony florals. I have friends and family who continue to bring up how amazing the whole scene was. Obviously - highly recommend these ladies and their team!

If you ever need a dream team to handle your event, look no further. Wile Events is the most professional and responsible team I have ever worked with and can't recommend them for any occasion enough. They managed our destination wedding which had been moved twice due to COVID and immediately got caught up to speed and sorted out a very complicated vendor situation. They are also masters of handling any personality type and being delightful while doing so. Lorraine and Gabrielle are truly a delight to work with and know how to make any event magical. Wile Events beautifully planned two of the most special events in my life, my wedding and baby shower. First, we threw the sweetest baby shower in August 2020 for my baby girl. Lorraine and Gabrielle did not let the pandemic cramp our style. It was during this time we got to know each other, and they delivered a beautiful event in a safe environment.
Then when my Husband and I decided to get married across the country in Napa, they accepted the challenge of planning a wedding during a pandemic all the way from New Jersey! L+G delivered the most flawless wedding ever! It was more than I could dream of. From the stunning flowers to the beautiful invitations, table design and the list goes on and on. They knocked it out of the park and I could not be more happy!
L+G are a full-service dream team, from event design to flowers design to invitation design. They do it all from A-Z and have fun doing it. Can’t wait for the next event we plan together!
