As a wedding photographer, venues are SO important. Willow on Grand is incredible. The spaces are light, bright, and modern and make for a gorgeous backdrop for photos. The team was great to work with and it's such a convenient location. It was a joy photographing Téa & Mark's wedding there this past summer.

We loved having our wedding reception at Willow on Grand – it was perfect! Molly, Amanda and their team were all such a joy to work with. We loved how convenient the courtyard and parking lot was to accommodate food trucks for dinner. They even worked with me to recreate my favorite cocktail for our open bar, and nailed it! The space is beautiful, and we had the absolute best time. Highly recommend!

Girls on the Run of Central Iowa has hosted our annual Sneaker Soiree event for the past 3 years at Willow on Grand and we keep coming back! The use of both indoor/outdoor space was ideal for our event size, programming and silent auction. Amanda and the team were so helpful throughout the planning process and the day of our event. Very responsive and their feedback and knowledge on event logistics was appreciated. We recommend Willow on Grand for similar events!

This this venue is absolutely stunning! Everything about it provides a gorgeous atmosphere and breathtaking beauty.
The venue offers a great space for a smaller wedding or a big wedding! And also has a cute bridal suite as an amenity.
Whether you want an indoor or outdoor wedding this place I'm sure is great for either. All around 5 stars for this spot and I always hear good things when it's mentioned! I know so many clients who have just raved about this spot too, especially how gorgeous the background and the white walls and everything as so aesthetically pleasing.
When I get married this is at the top of my list!

Willow on Grand is a bright space with beautiful natural light no matter what time of day. The entire staff are not only experts in planning + putting together couples' dream days and ensuring that everything runs smoothly; but they are all so lovely to work with. As a fellow vendor, I love knowing I can rely on them for a seamless experience for our couples.

The bridal suite is another standout feature of this venue. It's beautiful and spacious, giving the bride and her party their own space to prepare and relax. The outdoor greenspace is the perfect spot for a cocktail hour and the indoor space offers a versatile, blank canvas for couples to bring their wedding vision to life.

This beautiful wedding venue is absolutely phenomenal. Look no further than The Willow on Grand. Bright spaces, and white walls make for the most perfect backdrop in your wedding photos. Florals and wedding decor will shine against the dreamy white walls. There’s enough room to hold 250+ guests to dance the night away. The outdoor ceremony area offers hanging lights, turf, sturdy and gorgeous white chairs. The bridal suite also has a ton to offer. Champagne on tap, a lovely area for getting ready with your bridesmaids, and ample space for your hair and makeup team. Perfect hang out spot to get ready on your special day. You can adjust the thermostat to your liking as well! Can we also talk about how it’s perfectly located near by hotels, and the rose garden/art center for a photo op. I know how well photographers and florists love the Willow on Grand as they always talk about how beautiful the entire space is. Book your special once in a lifetime wedding here, it really does have it all. I booked immediately after seeing the space for the first time. The girls/venue coordinators were very gracious and answered all of our questions so kindly when my fiancé and I looked at the Willow on Grand. We knew immediately that we wanted to have our wedding here and we were sold. Linens are included, the tables are large and you can choose from round or rectangle tables along with any table layout. Updated bathrooms with all the amenities. There’s a ton of space to have your DJ be comfortably set up, and you can easily rent a photo booth or put up a floral wall in the reception area. There is plenty space! Chairs for the ceremony and the reception are also included. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the bartenders who bartends weddings at the Willow and he was fun! Thank you Amanda, Molly, and team. I 10/10 recommend the Willow on Grand year round for your wedding day.

Stunning wedding venue in Des Moines!! As a wedding photographer, this is one of my favorite venues in the Des Moines area! Not only is the space stunning, but the location and amenities make this the perfect space to start your forever and celebrate with all your favorite people! The getting ready suite (with champagne on tap?!) is a dream + they thought of everything when they created this space.
