We rented a regular hybrid bike and an e assist. Randy upgraded me to a slightly nicer specialized hybrid and took time to evaluate our planned route. They also stock standard accessories like lights, top rack bags (for the bikes with racks. My standard hybrid didn’t have a rear rack but the e assist did) water bottles and so on. They were just generally helpful and reasonable. I’d definitely rent from these guys again

They did an excellent job making sure we were comfortable and safe on bikes that would ultimately help us cover 28 miles touring the beautiful backroads of Sonoma! They shared ideas of what wineries to visit and where to get an awesome lunch!!! Definitely worth it.

Thank you for the amazing kayak and bike trips. Raphael led amazing tours on both and customized to our activity levels. Very protective of our large group and ensuring all made it thru all levels. Enjoyable to talk with and clearly is passionate about his job and meeting people. Will definitely come back and go to them!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they took their time to explain all the possible routes. The equipment felt like new and was very well maintained, we had no issues with the bikes. Will definitely be going back, very reliable company and service
