Highly upset because my flavor was incorrect even though the second order was the exact same flavor(buffalo mild)as mine but that one was correct. Call close to closing time and was told to bring the recipe tomorrow. Even though this is not what I wanted. Plus the worker hung up in my face. Extremely disappointed . the flavor I got was like sweet and hot !

This is the 2nd time that my ranch has been spilled in my bag. I asked my sister in law to pick up my order today. She said the ranch was spilled in the first bag they gave her. They gave her another bag. When she brought it to me the blue cheese that is suppose to be ranch was spilled all over my bag. I also ordered extra ranch, and did not see it in the bag. I called up there 3 times, and they hung up on me. I’m so upset. I won’t be able to eat my food!!!

Could not get our order right. When we got home incorrect order was in the bag. No one should get an incorrect order it is not hard to take an order. Then when I called to get it corrected/ refund the phone just rang and rang. Really how hard is it we should not waste our hard earned money on something we do not like!!!!!!!!!

The customer service at this establishment is horrible. I took my daughter in today to get the $.70 wings which they had advertised in store. But we were told by Javonte that we cannot place that order that they do not do that promotion anymore. they do not have that promotion anymore. I went on to say well y’all have it advertised for Mondays and Tuesdays and he said yeah, but we don’t do it and he walks away from the register. We still stood at the register my daughter and I and my daughter said can someone take my order and he says oh what y’all need to order I said yes she still wanna order and he said or you could leave if you’re gonna have a attitude And I said, sir, I had no attitude. I was waiting to get an understanding about y’all‘s Promotion. I then asked to speak with the manager, who was entirely no help. He was incompetent and lack manager skills. Other customers intervened, the manager did not want to provide us his name and the young man, Giovanni or Gervonta he continue to speak in a rude manner to me and my daughter. We are not from this area. We were only passing through, but this place needs to be shut down or changed out to new management and customer service. I was told by locals there this place is very rude and they are nasty and the management does not do anything about it. I will be calling corporate.

Past two times I came in My order has been giving wrong. I called and put me on hold nobody ever got on the phone so I hung up. Just ridiculous paying 20 dollars for a meal and just not getting what u asked for. I see that it’s many different people working too. Never have I had a issue till now

Hired new ppl… everyone is Hispanic w/ maybe 2 employees speaks very little English incl /esp the Mgr. what happened to all previous employees? Don’t tell mevthey Quit bc some were mgrs who worked there forever. Dinner time around 5pm, i went in to place an order. The girl at front said they ARE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS, ONLY ONLINE ORDERS (and sometimes there’s a sign at frint door) bc they have only a few cashiers who speaks English. So lemme get this straight: no walk in, no dine in… bc they can’t speak english? I thought this was an English speaking country we live in?! What is going on with this Wingstop in Brenham Texas?

I truly do not understand why this location has so many bad reviews. This was my second time here, and we placed an online order for pick up. We were quoted 20 minutes and showed up about 25 after placing the order. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Don’t expect to get food here quickly. Everything is dropped as ordered.
