Shalista made the whole process of going to Spain super easy. She asked all the right questions about where we wanted to go and locations we wanted to be near and she knocked it out of the park. Both hotels were centrally located near the Metro and in the heart of the fun and sights. She booked our flights to make the most of our time including an overnight on the way there and an early morning on our return. Having these flights helped us to acclimate to the time changes more easily.

Shalista was SUCH an amazing help for our family's trip to Orlando, hire her, book through her and do ALL the things through her!

Context - I'm a former travel agent who was a Disney partner about 20 years ago but am no longer an agent, although I'm VERY capable of booking everything myself. BUT - Shalista's help was invaluable because ultimately, do you REALLY want to do everything yourself just because you can? I'm a big fan of hiring experts to help!

My daughter wanted one specific dining reservation for a character meal, and even though I was on Disney's site within the timeframe to the MINUTE - they were gone and I couldn't get that reservation. Shalista helped me get not just that one but two different reservations, because she knows the ins and outs. She shared her own traditions and what her family likes, and we left for Orlando feeling prepared and not completely overwhelmed.
