Overall, the experience wasn't bad. The staff were overall nice, and informative! We stayed for the weekend for an Irish dance competition. However the hallways of the hotel smelled like wet/old dog and Marijuana most of the stay, there's no open space for any type of gathering, and there's minimal amenities (soap especially). The beds were overall comfortable, but there was some sort of animal hair ALL OVER the sheets of the bed I slept in, so I'm not sure if it was entirely clean. Otherwise, the room was clean, but only one roll of toilet paper & 1 tiny bar of soap for the bathroom. My car also got rumnaged through in their parking lot. It was good enough for the 2 night stay, but not sure if I would do an extended stay there.

Amenities? What amenities? That was our first impression of the place. Too cheap to even offer tissues (they consider toilet paper a valid substitute), tiny bars of cheap soap and zero housekeeping unless you want to pay $25 a day. Unlike the industry standard of free housekeeping every 3 days unless requested, they only offer it once a week and charge you for any more than that. The beds are terrible, poor quality dorm room style beds with budget mattresses and 3 light to medium blankets but no comforters. The shower varies on whether the hot water stays running properly or suddenly goes cold on you even during non peak hours, and water pressure is fairly low. Ceiling was thin enough that we were regularly woken up early by the room above stomping around. The only positives I can really state about the room is the large size and the presence of a full size fridge and microwave, and the heat worked well enough. Staff was nice at least. Could be a solid place if they didn't cheap out on basics. Price isn't significantly better than the surrounding hotels. Won't be back.

The staff was nice, but the hotel amenities and cleanliness is very lacking. I stayed for a week. As soon as you walk in the hallway you’re hit with a horrible stench of old
Dog urine. They definitely don’t clean the hallway because I seen the same particles on the floor everyday. You get 2 towels, when I asked for more was told to return the other ones first. They do not provide any cookware even though it is advertised on their website. Not even the basics like a coffee pot or tissues for that matter. I was told it is because they are an extended stay. I must be confused on what that means. The floor in my room was very dirty, my feet turned black when I walked with out shoes on and I cleaned it myself. I checked in on a Tuesday and was told my cleaning day would be next Monday, the day before I check out. I asked for my trash to be emptied sooner and they told me there was a dumpster outside I could take it to. You are basically just paying for a roof over your head. Walls are paper thin and we got unlucky with noisy neighbors on all sides. The bed was so uncomfortable, 3 pillows. It was a terrible stay. Left and came to the extended stay up the street. Would never stay here again.

This a no frills hotel, but when all the other hotels this weekend were $300 or more it was perfect. Nice and clean, the service was good. Only complaint is there were kids above us and they ran around and were very noisy well into the night.

We had an excellent stay while we were there. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. Tony especially went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant experience.

By far one of the best places I have stayed! The entire hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and worth the money. The employees are always there and more than willing to help. Tony, John and Cheryl always go above and beyond to help the guests at the front desk and Brenda and Candice make sure you have a clean room with clean towels and whatever else you may need to make your stay comfortable. The experience as a whole is amazing! The only negative is the fact you can hear the people in the other rooms. Like there isn’t installation but the positive experience makes up for that one issue!

My wife and I along with our 2 dogs were traveling from CO to NY for the holidays, all we hoped for was a few hours of decent sleep before finishing our trip the next day. We could not have had a worse experience. We arrived to check in around 12:30am after 17 hours of driving. We were awakened by the guest in the room next to us at 3am screaming expletives and basically going completely crazy. She had to have woke up half the hotel. This went on for about 20-30 minutes and eventually the police were called to escort this guest off the premises. After that was finally over - we realized it was freezing in our room - the HVAC unit was set to full blast AC and seemed broken - all the buttons were bashed in and non-responsive. Mind you, it's late December and 15 degrees outside. The room was freezing. Needless to say, we did not sleep well at all. The disgruntled guest who was escorted out overnight actually returned the next morning and had to be taken away yet again by police, only this time in handcuffs. We couldn't get away from this place fast enough. All we received from hotel management was an apology with zero offer of compensation at all for this horrific experience. When attempting to follow up with them we have basically been ghosted. We left exhausted and shocked at how terrible this experience was. It's almost laughable how bad the customer service response was afterwards. Wouldn't recommend this place for my mortal enemy.

I relocated for work and needed a nice affordable place to stay while I searched for permanent residency and the staff here were fantastic! Very friendly to outsiders and offered great suggestions on things to do in the area as well as safe neighborhoods. I had a 1 bedroom and it was very clean and comfortable. The assistant manager, Tony Fannin, was very kind and helpful throughout my stay and I appreciated the 24/7 front desk support as well 🙂
