It was very nice experience for me staying there for 3.5 weeks. Front desk staff is very welcoming. I felt safe whole time of my stay. The hotel is very clean. I don’t have any complaints at all. 5/5 STARS!!!!

I would like to express my gratitude for the accommodation provided during my stay from October 17th to October 21st, 2024. Despite initial concerns based on reviews, I was reassured by the hotel staff that everything would be satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the housekeeping and front desk services were excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. While there was a lack of pots and pans in the room, I was prepared for this and brought my own. The management team was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay by an hour, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am happy with my stay and grateful for the support provided during a difficult time as I was visiting for my brother's funeral.

The hotel Looks good on the out side. The hallways are not so clean., with a cigarette and musty smell so unfortunately that sets you up for the kind of environment you will have throughout your stay. It could be better but it's not and I don't know why

I’m usually not one to leave a negative review. But staying here for a night after a long drive, I was woken up at 3am by a stranger repeatedly pounding on my door. And it didn’t let up. It was terrifying, to be honest.

The facility is new and clean, but the walls are paper thin. I’m usually a sound sleeper, but I was woken up by other guests having loud conversations (and a few shouting matches) in the hours after midnight. Never mind the fellow in the elevator discussing on the phone how he’d just bought some drugs.

In sum, it’s a new, nice-looking hotel, but a very sketchy vibe - more so than at most motels I’ve stayed at. I would stay elsewhere.

All I got to say is absolutely disgusted at this hotel spent an hour changing rooms 3 times because of how unsanitary they are. First two rooms on the 3rd floor had nats flying in the bathroom in the refrigerator, black strands of hair all inbetween the sheets, the shower, and a spider jumping in the sheets on the beds. Went to speak to the front desk and the hospitality wasn’t very helpful the man did give me another two sets of keys on the 2nd floor and was greeted with more nats flying around in the fridge you could fell they tried to clean it but didn’t do no justice just a sad case so finally i tried a third room and didn’t even look at the the second room cause the first room had a spider hanging by the window by the bed hair AGAIN on all over the room like housekeeping do better that really the overall i had my niece bday week planned and set at this hotel with her friends and to end up just getting the refund let alone gone take 3-5 buisness days which should have been right then and there bc this is their fault. To make it 10 times worse why the heck is no manager available at all times with situations like this to be concerning because i felt like i did not get no good helpfulness with the staff

I'm sure this could be a great place to stay, however, my experiences was not that great. Looking at our room, it looked clean, however the Sheets were stained with something pink. Normally I would be okay with a stain however, it was on both the pillow and the sheet, therefore making me think of the bed had been made up without the sheets being changed. The stove top was covered in grease, the sink had not been wiped out and and covered in whiskers (apparently from shaving). There was blood on the bottom of the toilet seat and dried urine and hair on the toilet rim. I did go to the front desk, however nothing was resolved except for handing me a bottle of window cleaner. No offer for a new room or housekeeping to clean. Very disappointed. I checked out a couple hours later without a refund or credit toward another stay and had voiced my disappointment to 2nd and 3rd shift staff who said they would relay the message, but I have not heard back from anybody as of today.

Initially says pet friendly but reading fine print it says no cats allowed. It should say dog friendly. It’s not ”pet friendly”, it’s dog friendly. We stayed for 2 months with our 2 cats & a dog & all of the sudden said we had to leave AFTER they went into our room while we were gone to see if we were gonna extend our stay. Didn’t know they could just go into your room without asking permission. It is a nice place to stay but I wouldn’t stay again if they can just walk into your room while you’re gone. A phone call should’ve been made first.
