We LOVED staying here!! Not only from the start, but throughout the entire week of our stay, the customer service was truly amazing. We got in from driving from PHX with two kids after our flight from DFW, and were way earlier than check in. Diane at the front desk was beyond kind and accommodating. Not only did she get us into a room within an hour of our first interaction with her but she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info needed for our trip. She was nothing but sweet and gracious with the girls, giving them activities and interacting with them, truthfully always going out of her way to make this trip special for them, and alleviate us as well. Not only the service was amazing, but equally the rooms were so perfect for our family, fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. Amenities were wonderful, a perfect little gym and a lovely pool, with multiple hot tubs across the property. All in all, will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Oro Valley!

It’s a must for us! We will never stay anywhere else. Not only is the front desk the most accommodating I’ve ever met in my entire life. But the place is extremely spacious along with being extraordinarily clean. They offer amenities that an Airbnb will not even be able to match. When we come to Tucson, this is exactly where we stay. We are a family of six and there is nowhere else I would rather be.P

Four ladies (age 60 to 67) stayed a week at Rancho Vistoso and we fell in love with the place. The facilities were top notch, the staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, everything was very clean, and the area (Oro Valley) - looking right at the Catalina Mountains, was simply beautiful. The area was easy to navigate, quiet, and it had the feel of a safe community. All of us honestly felt it was the best service, location and accomodations that we have ever had. We stayed another week at another resort just outside of Phoenix, and as nice as that was, Rancho Vistoso was the hands down the best, and we missed it. We have been vacationing out west for several years now, and have had some amazing vacations. But nothing - NOTHING - topped Rancho Vistoso. Thank you all at Rancho Vistoso!

This is a place we love to stay all the times we come to the Tucson area. This is in a quiet neighborhood and has great amenities. The two bedroom units are fabulous and have separate beds for all of us and then more. We love the multiple bathrooms, laundry in each unit. Kitchen is great space with stocked kitchenware to use. Each unit has a Weber grill with a gas line. The pool area is great and the hot tubs closer to our unit were fantastic. We even saw a pack of javelinason our last night!

I did not expect this timeshare resort to be in the middle of a very large housing development.|We booked this property as it was one of the nearest to the pinal air park. It was actually quite easy to find despite being in a sea of similar looking houses.||The reception staff were helpful on check in. We were advised that the allocated apartment would not be ready till 4pm (or we could opt for a second floor apartment immediately) so we followed their instructions to the local Safeway for groceries. The resort supplies a very handy map with restaurants, grocery stores etc marked. ||Our ground floor apartment (116) was located in a corner by the road. 2 bedrooms (1 double 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, lounge area with large tv etc. there is also a Murphy bed located between lounge and dining area. This means the apartment can sleep 6.||There were a few niggles, but nothing serious. The air con unit outside the twin bedroom was very noisy. There was no full length mirror at all.||If you are looking for an alternative to a standard hotel, you cannot go wrong with this resort

The place is good but far from tourist activities. Not many activities to do in the in the resort,
Very good service. Staff was nice and helpful. If you enjoy exercising and nature is the perfect place to stay. There is a beautiful trail right behind the hotel.

My husband and I booked this resort as a mini get-away about an hour and a half from our home. Since we work from home, we brought our computers and hoped to have a comfy place with a beautiful view as a change of scenery for a few days... We were sooo disappointed to find the living room furniture more uncomfortable than a doctor's office waiting room, and the view of the parking lot was completely disappointing! Considering the fact that we were surrounded by beautiful mountains we were expecting to be able to see them even a little bit. The place was pretty quiet, so the fact that we were stuck with a parking lot view was a complete disappointment. We checked out a day early and marked this place as a definetly do not return.

Quick check in, very quiet area even during the 4th. You could hear some fireworks but no huge megabomb shakers like you hear in a typical residential neighborhood.

It’s about a 10 minute minimum drive from any store or coffee chain but that keeps the area very quiet at night even though some of the units are very close to the nearby road.

Furniture and decor are pretty standard. Lots of storage that we didn’t even use 50% of so if you’re bringing a lot of stuff, nothing to worry about here.

Rooms are kept pretty cool though the hvac unit is a bit loud. At the same time it’s constant and works as white noise if you’re able to sleep through that otherwise wear ear plugs.

Parking is very easy and not far from each unit. TVs and cable systems are a bit outdated but we didn’t really need TV for our trip so no negatives to the rating for this. If you need to airplay or stream Netflix, bring your own cables and tablets which I think most families and vacationers are doing anyway. The front desk may have adapters but we didn’t bother checking.

We appreciate the prices for the comfort here so stay somewhere more expensive if you need all the fancy tech.

To give this place some credit, they do have NFC wrist bands to unlock your unit door.

While the rooms did stay cool there are significant air gaps to all doors with outside access. I think with a few minor fixes, this resort could save a bit more money on cooling and heating just my two cents.

Appliances are standard and work as expected. No complaints.

Consider this location if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable for families, couples, and seniors.

This is not our first stay here and we’ll be happy to come back.
