My daughter and son-in-law were married at Wright’s Mill Farm on 9/21/24 and the day was nothing short of AMAZING!! From the time the contract was signed ( almost 2 years ago) and through the wedding day, Bri and Curt provided top notch service. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and were always more than friendly in their communications. During the rehearsal and on the wedding day, Bri brought so much positive energy. She made sure we had everything we needed, while totally exceeding Courtney’s vision with the wedding decor set up. Unfortunately, Mother Nature decided the wedding could not be held down by the waterfall, but Bri seamlessly shifted the ceremony to the patio. It was still a very beautiful experience. Cheryl, Chrissy and all of the wait staff and bartenders were awesome. We were never wanting for anything the entire evening. They were so attentive and made us feel special. We have received SO many compliments from our guests on the venue, the food and the staff since that wonderful day! Courtney and Zach have said multiple times that they want to do this again, and would not change a thing!! I could not agree more!! If anyone is considering a wedding a Wright’s Mill Farm, look no further. This is the most perfect place to have your wedding!! Bri and Curt and their staff will make sure you have the very best and stress free experience!! We loved working with them and will actually miss them now that the day has passed!

I truly do not know where to begin. We booked this venue over two years in advance and to finally see everything come to life this last weekend was a dream. Multiple guests said they felt like they were in a fairytale waiting for the fairies to fly out from the woods. It was that magical.

Bri and Curt are unreal. I probably emailed them 40? Times with questions and they always got back to us right away. We planned from NC, so knowing they were always there for us helped ease the stress of wedding planning. They are also super chill and accommodated everything we asked for. Leading up to the wedding I knew I was safe in their hands. Bri is ON TOP of her stuff to say the least and she does not miss a beat. The day of the wedding she was there setting everything up and unboxing while also keeping my bridal party in check (which is not an easy feat). I did not worry at all the day of the wedding and knew that she would have everything PERFECT. Also- she bustled my MASSIVE dress in like 3 minutes…this woman is a pro to say the least. She knows what she’s doing and it shows.

Next came the banquet manager, Cheryl. She was a god send!!!! Like I can’t say that enough. She made sure we ate, drank and had everything we needed the whole day of the wedding. She coordinated everything between photos, meal times, outfit changes, cake cutting etc. I knew she was an angel when she came in the bridal suite that morning to introduce herself and asked if I needed anything and came back with a green tea shot for me to ease my nerves. She made me smile all night.

The food!!!! Let me just say.. the food was INCREDIBLE. We too, were nervous because they don’t offer a food tasting, but trust me it’s phenomenal. I could have just had the cheese tortellini all night and I would have been happy. Every appetizer was delicious. The main courses were all super tasty and again delicious. (We had a prime rib, chicken and salmon).

The grounds are stunning to say the least, with so many options for photos- every one with a beautiful background. The ceremony spot was recently updated and they did not disappoint. I’m still not over how perfect our ceremony was. Upbeat DJ set us up perfectly with the microphone to hear over the waterfall in the background (another great spot for pictures).

Our day was perfect and it’s due so much to Wrights Mill Farm and their staff. It was the only venue we went to see when we started our planning and we knew right away that’s where we wanted our wedding. If you are on the fence JUST BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed.

We got married at Wright’s Mill Farm on 6/2/24. We have spent a lot of time thinking about how to put into words how amazing our day was because of Wright’s Mill Farm and the amazing staff. It is impossible to convey how truly wonderful they are, but here is our best attempt.

Wright’s Mill Farm was the first wedding venue we toured. We fell in love with it immediately. Bri gave us a wonderful tour and provided so much information answering questions we wouldn’t even know to ask. From the beginning, Bri and Curt were so helpful and responsive. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and often way faster than expected. They are so busy, yet somehow make you feel like you are the only couple they are working with. We knew from day one that they would do everything they could to make our wedding day perfect and that they did.

The food was absolutely amazing. I can’t imagine that it is an easy task to provide delicious meals for 100+ guests, but somehow every Hors D'oeuvre, appetizer, and main plate was delicious. Everyone was raving about their meals. They were accommodating of everyone’s food preferences and allergies. My sister loved her vegetarian plate. Bri made sure that we even got to try hors d’oeuvres in the bridal suite while we took a few minutes to ourselves before our entrance to the reception.

The staff were so amazing and attentive. There was always someone asking us and our families if we needed anything/ needed a drink. They were all so friendly. They helped make our sparkler exit run smoothly and were so efficient in helping us pack up all our decor at the end of the night. They made the night run so smoothly and made sure we sat down and ate our own meals, which we are so grateful for.

Upbeat DJ, Mark and Pat, had everyone dancing all night. The songs they played were great! They played something for everyone and they honored all of our requests. I was taking a break from the dance floor at one point, fanning myself off, and they brought me over a chocolate bar from the s’more’s station and a water bottle. They were great to work with and we couldn’t have asked for better DJs to keep everyone entertained and dancing all night.

Overall, Wrights Mill Farm was the perfect place to have our wedding. The grounds and reception area are beautiful. Bri and Curt are wonderful and truly care about each and every couple they work with. They will make sure your wedding day truly is the best day. We are truly grateful for all their help throughout this entire process. Thank you for making wedding planning less stressful and for making our wedding day run seamlessly. We can’t thank you and all your staff enough. Also, thank you for having amazing preferred vendors. All of our vendors were from your list and they were all great!!!

Our wedding was the best day and we will never forget it. Thank you so, so much!!

An absolute gem of a place! The location is nothing short of a woodsy oasis. We have been here many times. As a photographer, we love the atmosphere and options for photos. They feel endless and magical. On top of all the visuals, they have it all. Friendly and personable staff. All the good stuff! Thanks for creating such and amazing space!

Attended a beautiful wedding here in May of 2024. The grounds are gorgeous, buildings beautiful, and staff stupendous. Plenty of parking and such a peaceful location. But the reviews from couples who have been married here and families that have had functions here are amazing and speak volumes about how much the folks at Wight's Mill Farm go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Recommended highly!

We don’t even know where to begin we have so many great things to say. This is going to be a long review but worth the read so buckle up…

We got married on 6/28/2024.

The grounds … BEAUTIFUL!! The ceremony site and the barn are gorgeous. The barn is a temperature-controlled space that still provides outdoor areas (patio and balcony). Your guests are free to go where they want, and you get to have a mix of indoor and outdoor all night. They also have a fire pit on the patio which was a huge hit with some of our guests. The entire barn is very clean, neat, organized. It’s just a naturally beautiful space.

The food … WOWWW!! Full transparency, they don’t provide a tasting in advance, so we were a little apprehensive but trusted the reviews and wow were those reviews so accurate. We picked the surf & turf and roasted chicken. It was delicious! We had people coming up to us throughout the night saying how good the food was.

The service … UNREAL!! The service was like nothing we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we booked the attention, thoroughness, quick responses to emails etc.. was great. When it came to the day of, we can’t even begin to put into words how impeccable everything was. We had staff checking in on us constantly asking if we needed anything. The bar never had a line at it and I don’t know how because our wedding was 190 people who love to drink. Shoutout to Cheryl she’s a rockstar – she was a great time. She balanced a tray on her head while dancing!! She was beyond accommodating anything we needed we got.

WMF is a family owned/operated business and that’s what we loved so much. We felt as though the staff and everyone working there was a part of our family. To have that feeling on your wedding day is indescribable. To truly be surrounded by people that you know genuinely care about a day that’s so special to you means the world. You are NOT just another business transaction with them. It truly felt like home.

Do not let Curt fool you.. that man does it all. He’s a chef which we didn’t learn about until our wedding day when we saw him in a chef’s outfit. He’s a man of a few words via email (which is something we joked about with him) but don’t let that catch you off guard, he’s just straight to the point which is exactly how we like it. In person, he’s super friendly and a lot of fun.

Bri is just simply the best ever!! Her high energy and great vibes are exactly what every couple wants and needs when planning a wedding. We are not a picky couple. There were many things I was not particular about to the point that it probably made Bri’s life more difficult because I didn’t have much of a vision. I put complete trust in her and let me tell you that girl is magical. She made my no vision, vision come to life!! Bri is the bestie every bride needs on their wedding day. We had a slight moment of panic when I realized right before first look photos that I somehow managed to get bright pink lipstick smeared on my butt. Bri asked if anyone had shout wipes (thank god my cousin did – brides bring shout wipes!!!) and she stood there wiping at my butt and removed the lipstick. Also, right before the bridal party was about to walk down the aisle, I see her holding our 2 year old nephew on her hip while lining everyone up. Whatever needed to get done Bri handled it and you didn’t have to worry one bit.

You seriously do not need to look any further. Wright’s Mill Farm will exceed your expectations. We can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Like I said, it truly feels like they are a part of the family and it doesn’t get any better than that. Our parents and our guests were in awe of the entire night… food, drinks, music, venue, staff all of it. I didn’t even want a wedding and the next day I was saying to my husband let’s do it again… 10-year anniversary celebration at Wright’s Mill Farm here we come!

Our wedding at Wrights Mill Farm was an absolute dream. The second we stepped onto the property, we felt like family. Brie and Curt were amazing during the whole wedding process - they were responsive, timely and always so excited for us. The staff on the day of the wedding was unmatched - not only did they make sure that my husband and I had everything we needed at all times but they were so attentive to our guests and families, making everyone feel right at home. They were even dancing and having fun with the guests. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was phenomenal - all of our guests were raving about it. Most importantly, everyone at Wrights Mill Farm went above and beyond to make sure we had our dream wedding day and we are forever grateful. If you are considering Wrights Mill Farm, BOOK IT! We will never get over how perfect our day was thanks to the amazing people that work there. Thank you Wrights Mill Farm - you are truly the best of the best!!!

Wright's Mill Farm was the unexpected gem dream-find of a "wedding venue". (Air quotes because they are so much more). I could truthfully write an entire novella about the incredible experience of working with the WMF team, but want to specifically highlight elements I don't think get enough online recognition.

#1 Reason to Have Your Event at WMF: the incredible people who run the place. Any place can be beautiful, any place can have outdoor space, etc--but what sold us on WMF was the staff. From our first meeting, we knew we could trust Bri & Curt with our biggest day. She was sharp, funny, and knew that space like the back of her hand! After booking, Bri & Curt spent the following months responding to every email, reminding us of upcoming details, and without even realizing it-- subconsciously reassuring us time & time again that they've got it all under control.

My wife & I both work in marketing & events for a living, so it's safe to say we have a critical eye lol. We had a vision and Bri just naturally stepped in tandem with us. In addition to our wonder woman coordinator, EVERY MEMBER of staff at WMF feels like a team of hand-selected friends. Cheryl, our personal waitress/bartender/protector-- kept drinks & food in our hands all night, and created the few quiet moments my wife & I had with one another. When I was too excited to eat, she went into mama mode and gave me a stern eye but obliged my request for crackers LOL.

Mark & Pat from UpBeat DJ are the absolute best. We worked with Mark leading up, and met Pat on the day-of, but damn you'd think we'd all been friends for years. Some of our best laughs were off to the side with Pat that day. Both he & Mark took extra time to include us on whatever would be happening next: toasts, speeches, songs, dance-floor cadence, etc.

THE FOOD IS WONDERFUL!! Like many post-covid couples, we were a little uneasy about not trying the food ahead of time, as WMF doesn't offer tastings. But holy-moly, please rest assured you have nothing to be concerned about. We had hot apps passed, buffet service, prime rib carving station, AND a hot snack at 9PM just incase our guests bellies weren't already full. If the food flops at an event, it is ALL anyone will talk about. Well all of our guests can't stop talking about e.v.e.r.y. aspect of WMF, including the food. People felt spoiled by the options & we loved providing that for our guests! The carving station was my wife's request and a BIG hit. Additionally, our cake was thru WMF as well (they have an offsite baker) and WOW. My wife & I try not to take ourselves too seriously, so our gorgeous 3-tired cake was funfetti with strawberry filling. Not necessarily a traditional wedding cake flavor palette but was equally RAVED about.

When I think about WMF, I think about my favorite people waiting to get their hair/makeup done on the side patio of the bridal suit. I can envision decorating the lobby with my mom & future wife the afternoon of rehearsal. I see our guests faces at the ceremony spot. I hear my wife laughing around the corner of the ladies room. And I remember hugging the staff at the end of the night, grateful for each and every one of them, sad to end the night but equally sad to leave them.

P.s. already planning a vow renewal in 10 years just so we can do it all again!! See you then WMF <3
