I was on hold for almost 15 minutes just to arrange a cab. I was given an ETA of 20 minutes and it took the guy over 45 minutes to show up. The guy that picked me up was ON HIS PHONE THE ENTIRE DRIVE. Not even just scrolling, he was playing videos with the volume on full blast. Completely unprofessional and will never use them again.

We called to book this a week in advance, then called to confirm the ride (as asked) two days before and then again (as asked) just to confirm exact arrival to train station, which was 5 minutes late. All yes yes yes on the phone each time then… guess what? A no show. Never again, uber and lyft it is.

I do not know how come this guy still in business.
He is just something else, rude, hung up the phone on me twice, gets into arguments, does not confirm anything, is just a joke.
I made sure he herd me well when I told him yo go f. himself and cancel my ride. called the other company in New London and I got normal customer service and confirmation with pick up time.
What an idiot this guy at Yellow Cab is.

So far this company is the worst. I've used the services there and usually find the experience to be frightening. They overbook cabs, threaten passengers and always act entitled as "if" because we gave them a call they're the only fish in town.

My most recent episode with these guys was insane. The driver picked up a pool of passengers and one of the passengers refused to wear his mask correctly.

What'd the driver do? He threatened the guy by pulling to the side highway, not an exit or a gas station. He sat there and told this kid to either wear the mask properly or get out on a highway. Everyone in the car was stunned. Traumatized really the driver lost his temper. Instead of doing the right thing like pulling to an exit he instead wanted to have a fight right there in the middle of when I have to get to work. Think about that Next time you call these "gangstas"

Driving with these guys is worse than a bus. With the same level of credulity of a 3rd party nation. If you have no options but to accept these guys, then I'm sorry for your experience. Been warned.The Hood is strong with one. Just be sure to take a shower when you leave their cabs, cause you'll feel disgusting. Legit, you guys are the Worst!

Two days in a row, they failed to turn up at all. The first day we waited over an hour, and gave up. We were going to do laundry. No other cabs available.
So we made a booking for the next day, and for the return journey. Again no one turned up for either journey.
Once before when I called to see where my ride was, after waiting over an hour, They told me to f... off and never call them again.
This might have been the best idea, since they clearly don't appreciate where their money comes from.

Ive asked numerous times not to send a specific driver, number 4, to get me! This guy is rude, racist, forces u to wear a mask & keeps the door locked until u do! His driving is unsafe! The back door windows are broken cuz he won't let u open the windows, it's hot as hell! But yet he still has a job & I get him every time! My next call is to the better business bureau!

After ordering a UBER 2X and never showing up then they cancelled my ride and charged my account! Yeah NEVER AGAIN! Stick with a taxi service that's been around forever. My wait wasn't bad maybe 20+ minutes.
