Landlord can't keep her mouth shut or understand landlord/tenant law to save her life. I wouldn't be surprised if she loses all her tenants and runs her business into the ground within the next couple of years. I also wouldn't be surprised if she tries to find out who I am and sue me for writing this.

My parents are in their 70's and they recently moved out of Young's Suburban Estates. When they first moved in, the trailer was not clean, the kitchen floor was caving in, and the skylight was leaking so they moved them to an equally dirty trailer. They moved out almost a month ago and the "manager" keeps lying about where the deposit check is. Evidence would show that Young's S.E. are slumlords and just flat out dishonest. I do NOT recommend YOUNG'S SUBURBAN ESTATES to ANYONE!!! They don't even deserve ONE star.

Live there, nice neighbors, very clean, have a party room you can rent, playground for kids. Only thing that bugs me is the train tracks 1/2 mile away and sometimes kids get a little loud out at the playground waking my kids during the day and at night. My fault for not reporting it so its not the parks fault and kids will be kids and don't want to get them or their parents in trouble with the park. Normally just have to sit out on the porch and they quiet down.
