April and her team are amazing! When it came down to the final couple months leading up to our wedding, I would have been losing my mind without their help. There are countless things they took off my plate, and ensured went perfectly. Day of coordination is essential and everything went beautifully. If there was any issue, I was never aware of it. From the beginning, my goal was to be as stress free as possible and enjoy the day. Our coordinators went above and beyond to make that happen, we felt taken care of all day long. We couldn’t recommend April and Your Perfect Day enough for any decorating needs for your wedding! They provided all the chairs for our ceremony, swag for the ceiling above our dance floor, greenery behind our sweetheart table, table number holders, donut wall, and cupcake display holder. Everything was set up on time, we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

April was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions and changes we made throughout the planning process. They were setting up the morning before our wedding and we were able to meet them. They were so sweet and made sure everything looked how we envisioned. Definitely use them for your wedding!

April is the consummate professional and runs a first class operation, from the first point of contact until the last bit of clean-up for our wedding which we held at our home in our backyard…she was there along every step of the way. I was an event planner for my career so I know firsthand what is involved in planning, orchestrating and facilitating a wedding, and she never missed a beat. When the company I had hired for rentals of all of the tents, farm tables, chiavari chairs, high tops, and miscellaneous supplies called me two days prior to the wedding and told me I needed to find all new rental items elsewhere because of a situation out of their control, she was able to make that happen and even showed up at our house early the morning of the wedding to meet the delivery vendors to make sure the tents were up and everything was ready in time for the wedding. I had complete trust and confidence in her and never worried for a minute that it wasn’t going to come together. We would hire her again in a heartbeat, just for the peace of mind she gave us! Definitely worth the money!!

April and her team were so helpful to have as a day of coordinator for our special day! I could not imagine how our wedding would have gone without April. My older sister used her for her wedding a few years ago, and so when it was time to start planning mine, we knew exactly who to call. April handled everything we needed, from being at the rehearsal the night before and coming up with ideas on how the ceremony should flow based on her wealth of experience to helping to set up all of our decorations the day of to coordinating vendors both before the wedding and day of, she was always there to help. I truly do not know if anything went wrong during our wedding because she handled anything that came up. She and her team are a professional group of wedding coordinators who I would recommend to anyone if you want an easy, stress-free day!

I would hands down recommend using Your Perfect Day if you want your wedding to run smoothly! I cannot say enough positive things about my wedding coordinator, April Gladieux. I initially did not plan to hire coordinator, but I was absolutely sold from the first time I spoke with April. She was always available, easy to work with and definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to weddings. It did not take me very long to trust her with my wedding and working with her was such a relief from the endless wedding planning stress. On my wedding day, the hair/makeup salon that I booked did not show up.. April showed up to my wedding venue hours earlier than she was supposed in order to help with the situation. She was able to quickly re-arrange the timeline a little bit and ensured the day still went smoothly. It was so nice to have her working behind the scenes on my wedding day. April is amazing at what she does and I am so happy with my decision to work with Your Perfect Day.

Planning a wedding can be incredibly overwhelming. From navigating vendors, prioritizing budget, coordinating the timeline, any and everything in between is a lot. The Your Perfect Day team was our saving grace and the first service I recommend to anyone getting married. They helped us with rentals, decorating, day of coordinating, vendor choices, and answered my 900 questions along the way. The expertise that April has is so impressive. She was our Wedding Siri.

Angie was our day of coordinator and she spared us from MANY stressful moments that we only heard about at our POST wedding brunch. She handled some “confusion” with a limo driver, guest drama, candle mishaps, the list goes on. She was real life Jennifer Lopez in “The Wedding Planner”. One thing that Angie did tho, and she may not even know it yet…she spared me from a full panic attack when I realized at midnight the night before that a box with my veil, hairpiece, accessories, etc had been unloaded from my parents car at the Zoo by mistake. In the midst of frantically emailing everyone except the Giraffes themselves and before my sister began climbing the fence into the Zoo, we found that Angie noticed this box was there by mistake and PUT IT IN MY BACKSEAT! She is a hero. She also decorated our ceremony and reception perfectly and I’ve included some pictures for reference. We rented all items from Your Perfect Day.

Hiring Your Perfect Day was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning journey. From vendor recommendations to planning ideas, decor assistance, and so much more, the support was priceless. April created a detailed timeline for the entire wedding weekend, relieving us of that task and ensuring everything flowed smoothly. On the wedding day itself, Kendra and another coordinator expertly handled the set-up, tear-down, made sure both sides of the wedding party were where they needed to be and every detail to make sure everything was perfect. She was even at the rehearsal the night before to ensure it went well and we knew our timeline. They anticipated needs we hadn’t even considered, staying a step ahead and resolving any potential issues seamlessly, so we never had to worry. They even arranged for our gifts, leftover desserts, and food to be brought back to our hotel room for us to enjoy the next day. Your Perfect Day is AMAZING. I truly do not know what I would have done if I didn’t hire them for Day of Coordinating, although they do much more than that. April communicates well in a very timely manner with any questions you may have. She creates a very detailed timeline of the whole entire day. They have an amazing selection for day of rentals as well! Kristen was my Day of Coordinator at my venue in Findlay. She ran my rehearsal smoothly, and made sure each event was on time for wedding day. She was so sweet and so helpful! So easy to work with Your Perfect Day!
