Last Saturday I had an absolute pleasure of working with Erin on a wonderful Manhattan Bar-Mitzvah.

The level of service and care Erin provided to the parents, the child and other vendors was incredible and I definitely would love to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wonderful planner for their wedding or mitzvah or any event really!

I was incredibly impressed with the dedication and exceptional service provided by Dee and her assistant in helping to bring my son's first birthday party to life. Typically, I am very hands-on when planning events, but due to a busy schedule with other commitments, I felt I needed assistance this time.

I often drive by this venue and decided to reach out to inquire about their offerings. After scheduling a visit to see the space and review the various packages, I opted for the Ultimate Package, which included the venue, linens, backdrop, balloons, columns for the cake and desserts, tables, chairs, and centerpieces. The package also allowed for one hour before the event to set up.

Since I chose the package that included décor setup by the venue, I was only responsible for setting up the food and drinks. I selected the 4-hour party package, which was ideal for a first birthday celebration, and included an additional 30 minutes for clean-up.

Pros:

The owner was incredibly accommodating, walking me through every step of the process.
The venue comfortably holds up to 50 people.
The space was very clean and well-maintained.
There are several public parking lots nearby for convenience.
The package options were comprehensive, covering all the small details I would have otherwise had to arrange myself.
I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a memorable event with minimal stress!

Dee did an excellent job with my fathers surprise 60th birthday party. She was very professional but also down to Earth. It was reasonably priced and not only was I pleased but blown away with the outcome. She was also very cautious and followed the Covid 19 guidelines. I’ll definitely use her again for any future events.

I have to say how special the owner is and how professional her and her staff were to me and my family. Dee is so sweet, down to earth and listen to every detail I needed to help with a family gathering. You’re Cordially Invited is a very clean and safe establishment.The set up and the decorations my family and I requested were outstanding. I highly recommend this venue. We (35-50 people) had a great time at this petite quaint event venue. Nicely decorated space with a good music system, air and heat, sturdy chairs and a clean restroom with changing table. Two of the nicest people did introduce themselves. One was the CEO and Lead coordinator Ms. Dauphin.

I did a baby shower here sometime ago and was very let down by the extreme lack in detail. I gave specific decor ideas/wants and they definitely were not met. The one thing I did love which the event coordinator had nothing to do with was the vendor who set up the front table with desserts that were out of this world. The tables lacked creativity and style. This was with my sending specific table layouts (multiple that could have been followed) The food was extremely mediocre which wasn’t necessarily her doing but this was the vendor that she suggested. Overall I enjoyed the fact that my friends and family came together to celebrate us.. but very disappointed that I payed someone for such a lackluster turn out .
